I am pleased to provide a 5-star rating for A+ Air Conditioning because they deserve it. This is based on years of excellent, courteous customer service in taking care of our air conditioning and dryer vent needs. We purchased a new Carrier system from A+ some years ago and we love how our GRU bill has consistently been less. From the 1st time A+ came out to our home almost 18 years ago to current date, their representatives are always wonderful to work with. We are Comfort Club members, and really appreciate a trustworthy company like A+. Their workers are extremely knowledgeable, patient, hard working, and always on time. Nathan Sigrist is a pleasure to work with --- he's easygoing and very thorough, and spends the time needed to talk with you about your system and what it might need. Nathan is definitely an asset to the A+ team. We also use A+ to clean our dryer vent and since we started using A+, my dryer works so much better, drying clothes in much less the time. Being a customer of A+ has benefitted us greatly because we know that when it comes to our AC or dryer vent needs, we don't have to worry that the job is done right the first time. We recommend A+ without reservation, and especially Nathan Sigrist - he's a hard worker who obviously enjoys what he is doing and knows how to treat his customers and their homes with the care you would hope for.

We recently purchased a new AC from A+ based on the recommendation of a coworker/friend. The crew headed up by Bart installed the system worked well together and very efficiently. Jay and Sheldon each knew their roll and worked quickly to make a two day job into a long one day job. Between the three of them they had our new system with new return ducts in and running that same evening. Bart did a great job explaining the new features to us, Sheldon explained how the future service works, and Jay was great at keeping things tidy, self managed his tasks, asked for guidance when needed, and Jay did great taking instructions from the leaders. Oh, and Bob was doing his part to get all the pieces in the right place for the crew to put it all in. Bob also gave us a great range of quotes to help us understand the options before we committed to a system. Thank you Bob, Bart, Jay, and Sheldon.

I want to thank A Plus A/C for the great service I have continually received. Any problem that required service was responded to in a most timely manner. The technician Rick, was great to work with, courteous, professional, and answered all my concerns. It took a few visits to fix my unique problem but with his care and persistence all was resolved. This is a great company to put your care and trust in.

Awesome company! Their response time was immediate and their technician Rick was amazing. As far as we are concerned this company is the only one to use. We have been ripped off by the company with the big orange trucks for quite a few years and todays repair performed by A plus let us know there are actually companies out there who do quality work. Shelton was the best person I've ever spoken with in regards to hvac. He let me know how to prepare for him so I didn't have to worry about pricing on a weekend and their pricing is about 33% better than the other people who responded after him. Service was quick and easy and he explained it all for me while he was doing the work. Absolutely recommended.

Great company to work with. They work hard to get you the best system at the lowest price. Show up on time for installation and for continued service checkups for your system. Rick took the time to explain and go over anything you might want to know about your system during the 6 month checkup. Highly recommend this company for any AC needs.

A+ was the first company I called when our 19 year old A/C unit bit the dust. They were quick to come out and diagnose the problem. We purchased a new unit from them and they were able to get us temporarily up and running until the install date. Shelton and Bart installed our temporary unit last week and just installed our brand new a/c unit, air handler and thermostat, today. They could not have been more prompt, thorough, and respectful. It is clear that this company cares for its customers and we are thrilled with their service. Thank you, Shelton, Bart, Bob, Jason and the entire A+ team that took the time to save us from this Florida heat! We are so appreciative!

Rick from A+ Air Conditioning & Refrigeration gave us stellar service when the heating function on our heat pump failed. He came out the same day we called, ran some tests, and quickly determined that we needed a new part which he ordered. When the part came he returned and installed it - in the rain!. Rick is professional and courteous. He takes his time to explain his findings simply and clearly about what he is doing. And he charmed our two dogs during his visits. I highly recommend Rick at A Plus.

We also signed up with him for the Comfort Club maintenance program & would like him to be the person who preforms our routine maintenance if possible.
