This is the second home I’ve had to replace my air conditioner unit. I have worked with Brian Huffman for both homes. He is a phenomenal sales person and their service is amazing from the first phone call to all check ups throughout the year. I highly recommend Gulfshore Cooling!

I called in on Sunday regarding our AC unit leaking all over the garage. There was a return call in less than an hour (on Sunday) to get a technician out on Monday morning.
They took video & images of all work completed.
I thought the pricing was fair.
The parts were on the truck & John was able to complete the job.
The service was exceptional.

Gulf Shore Cooling was quick to get someone here to diagnose our air conditioning problem. The repairman was very professional and explained everything well. The office staff scheduled the repair to coordinate with the part coming in so we would not have to wait additional days. They also sent extra help to complete the job quickly when the part came in. We are very pleased with the company and would recommend them!

Prior to having my AC unit replaced by Gulf Shore Cooling I called them for an emergency visit as my AC had stopped cooling. Their response time was excellent.
The second time they came out to my home they replaced my old AC with a new one.

Ryan the A/C Technician is very professional in managing the trouble shooting. He diagnosed the problem and while not able to solve it immediately he immediately placed the order for the replacement part. He mentioned to me that more than likely, it will be ready tomorrow. Ryan did an outstanding job in answering my questions. Great job.

I have not had enough cool air coming into my master bedroom and Nick from Gulf Shore Cooling came to check it out. In all my experience with AC companies, Nick was the best tech I have ever spoken to. He was so personable and knowledgable. He patiently explained what was causing my issues and gave me helpful suggestions to alleviate the problem as well as answer my many questions. I was extremely impressed with his professionalism and concern for my situation.

Everything from initial phone call to completion of service was done in a professional manner not typical in today's world. Gulf Shore Cooling was very helpful with advice prior to them coming out. Answered the phones promptly and showed up within 30 minutes of calling on a Saturday evening. Gerry their service technician was friendly, informative and made the repairs promptly and explained how I could do some preventative maintenance and gave me the information on their Service Agreement, I happily signed up for it. let there be no mistake. Gulfshore cooling is five star company with outstanding leader ship as it’s expressed in the quality and attitudes of their employees. Specifically, I was so impressed with the installation and calibrations of my new. Bryant air-conditioning system. I especially want to give a shout out to the crew who installed the system, and Jose Brito, who patiently walked me through the system, set up for my Honeywell electronic thermostat all in all, you cannot do any better than Gulfshore cooling LLC.

Came on a Sunday afternoon and got problem worked through and fixed. Very nice and professional technician. Great job and gave me suggestions on how to do some minor maintenance myself. Never been educated on how to do to avoid water drain from clogging before. Great service and job. Highly recommend him and company to all
