Edit- this is the 5th time in 3 +months this company has had to come out to fix the same issue on Whitehaven Lane. My AC tech, Gerry had the audacity to tell me " dont play dumb" infering i knew how to turn my unit off but in reality I have no idea since I just moved in recently. He informed me he had other customers and i wasnt most important and his attitude was horrible considering i was polite to him the entire time. He seemed miserable to be working on a hot saturday and besides, who talks to a customer that way unprovoked? I was kind and minded my own business while he was here only to be insulted in my own home and told I wasnt that important when I never said or acted as if I was. Additionally, Gerry was rude and dismissive to my older father and his comments were totally unprofessional. He is not allowed back on my property to service my unit.

Robin made the experience of buying a new a/c unit virtually painless. He was on time, knowledgeable, friendly & courteous. He explained everything so I could understand the whole process. Would highly recommend him. I will have a new a/c in less than a week! Thank you Robin. It was a pleasure. Well just the unit installed by Tech Jesse Cunningham. He and his assistant were amazing! On time, friendly, courteous, professional & knowledgeable. I barely knew they were here! Very non-intrusive. Job was job in a timely manner & my new a/c is running perfectly. Thanks so much for the quick install. Would highly recommend the whole team at Gulf Coast Cooling. Office staff, salesmen & techs are the best. Combined effort made this an easy stressless process. Robin was great. He came out, inspected our attic ductwork even, and explained everything very well.
Put air handler ended up being on back order, so we were pushed back a few times - but Robin was sure to keep us informed and provided us replacement options.

Quality AC unit at a fair price. Install was completed on short notice and on time. Service rep was friendly and completed the AC install without any issues.

I love Gulf Shore Cooling, we have been using them for about 3 years now and they keep my a/c running smooth, they are always on time and sometimes early. They even came out on a Sunday morning when we had an emergency a few weeks back.

Had a problem with ac and called them to check it. Had just had it cleaned and checked in February but it stopped working and the Wi-Fi thermostat told us it was off. Love the thermostat. We are not in state for the summer and can check it at any time. He came out promptly and fix problem. Sean was very friendly.
