Communication with this company was above and beyond. I didn’t have to do anything other than 1 phone call. The rest was addressed by the company via emails and text messaging. Everything was scheduled and occurred per schedule. The technician was excellent and serviced and cleaned the entire system. I highly recommend this company and “Randall”, the technician, represents his company in the highest standard.

We have been with Gulf Shore for many many years since they installed our AC unit, top of the line at an affordable price. Even though our 10 year warranty is up we still have our unit serviced twice a year with them. They are thorough, efficient & affordable. They have an excellent semi annual discount plan to service our unit. That’s one of the reasons why we still do business with them. In an emergency they are also there for you. And the staff that come out good at what they do. Today we had Robenson Fortune here for our 6 month service. My husband, who by the way is going through chemo therapy treatments and is not up for any one to give him a hard time or not know what they’re doing, if you know what I mean, he was so impressed Robenson. Very pleased with him & at 83 that’s a difficult task even when you’re healthy. Thank you Robenson & Gulf Coast for having a wonderful staff.

Great staff awesome techs! I am very happy with how quickly they addressed our concerns. They were respectful, neat and efficient. Dave was very helpful. Ziby was extremely knowledgeable and informative. Armado and the two techs he had with him were very good and neat! Thank you all Oh and the office staff were very nice too!

We had the best experience with Jon Furdell! He went above and beyond to come to our house quickly to look at our AC problem and found the best deal for us. With his help, the installation was arranged on the next day.

At this time Robin has performed a site visit and listen to my needs to create the best central a/c proposal. He was very complete with the details of my home layout. He listened and put my choices into the design. I am looking forward to the installation in one week.

Air condition quit in the evening. I called Gulf Shore Cooling. They responded immediately and send a tech to the house. He diagnosed the problem had to order a part and returned the next morning to fix it. Very prompt service. I’m very happy.

This is the best AC company in Fort Myers. They are honorable, provide top customer service and they don’t try to over sale you anything. Best company in town. Excellent technician. You can tell employees are happy to work there

We had an estimate and Dave was on time, professional and very informative. He answered all our A/C questions and more and gave us a transparent quote for a unit that would save us on energy and work better for our home. He reviewed payment options as well. If you're shopping for a new A/C unit I would definitely give them a call.
