I started using AirForce 1 when it was Livingston Air. Called twice on the 17th as my unit stopped working. Was told I would get a call back. That never happened. Called another company on the 18th and had a tech at the house within a few hours. The issue was resolved professionally. Have had AirForce 1 replace 5-6 units at work. They did a good job, but if this is the way they now do business, I will not call them again.

Our A/C unit was filling-up the pan with water due to a clogged vent pipe. John Peterson, technician, came to the house and went above and beyond to not only correct the problem, but explained exactly why it was happening and what I can do in the future to prevent it. John took the time to not just maintain the system, but he also cut and replaced the pvc pipes that were clogged further down the lines. Incredible service. I've used Airforce One several times to maintain our A/C/Heating unit and the technicians are always friendly and extremely knowledgeable. The office staff is very friendly and accommodating, as well.

I have used them multiple times now and every time they are kind, professional, respectful, and courteous. They do everything they can to take care you the best they can without trying to upsell services that are not needed. They are very trustworthy. They worked very cleanly. I highly recommend them and will us them for all services going forward.
Update: Service was amazing until I actually bought the new air conditioner. Have not heard from them since. Was supposed to have a one year preventative maintenance plan, it was scheduled, tech did not show up, then just showed up the next day while I was at work. When I called the office to find out what was going on the person that answered just said well I am new. That was it. They have performed no maintenance and I have had the unit for a year.
Also, when installing my air filter was at the return in the garage. The new one is in the house. They fabricated a way for it to hold the air filter, but did not return for months, after multiple phone calls to have the actual one to be installed.
Terrible, terrible customer service.

This is a big shout out to Mike Tragakiss and Mike Fee for taking their time Thursday afternoon and Friday morning to prepare and put together an enormous and delicious breakfast at the shop for all of the employees and staff. Awesome way to start the day, and an even greater manifestation of team work and support. Thank you both very much. 😃😋

What ever you do, please do not let these guys in your door. They sent a technician to our home for routine maintenance and used scare tactics to sell my mother-in-law a new $1800 UV light. The cost of UV lights can range between $100 and $500 out of the box and labor is 1Hour to install so $1800 is way out of line for a UV light. I am an HVAC business owner and refuse to use these type of tactics on any customer. Companies like Air Force 1 are scam artist lining their pockets on the life savings of elderly folks who have no one to defend them.

When the technician was there (Jay) he was asked to remove the UV light and refused. The following day I called the office and spoke with Athena and Jeff both refused to send someone out to remove the UV light. The next step is stop payment with the credit card company and small claims court. The judge will love to hear how Air Force 1 took advantage of a elderly woman with early onset Alzheimer's. If my father was still alive these guys would have never made it past the front door. Please run away from these guys if they show up or call your house!

In September of 2019, I had a new blower motor put in my AC unit at the cost of $395.00. The company that put in the blower at that time was bought out by AirForce 1. In July of 2021, while on a quick trip to FL, I found that my blower again was bad and called AirForce 1 to fix it which they did. I was charged $1235.00. At the time, I didn't think anything about it as I was new at taking care of AC concerns since my husband had recently passed away.

In December of 2021, I decided to check my paperwork for the AC unit and found that I had a 10 year warranty that was still in effect. I called AirForce 1 to discuss this. After several calls, I was told I was over charged $680, and they would give it to me in credit. Needless to say, I did not want credit. I wanted my money back. I was also told I was charged some sort of processing fee of $200 to get the blower from the supplier (I called other AC companies and was told it should be no more that $75, just a side note). After two more calls, I was told they would personally deliver my check to my house by the end of that week. It never happened. I called again had to, unfortunately, threaten them with other action. My check was finally mailed to me. This entire event took a month to resolve. I do have dates and who I talked with each time as my data.

Also, I got a call from AirForce1 in the summer of 2021 telling me they would do a 16 point check up on my unit. After several calls with the receptionist, we finally came up with a date to have it done. The representative showed up as scheduled, did whatever check he was suppose to do, said good bye and that was the last I heard about my 16 point inspection. Not sure why they sent a rep out then give me no feedback.

My brother-in-law and his wife are visiting my condo in Fort Myers and called me on Sunday to say the AC was not functioning. I contacted Air Force 1 and left a message. Monday morning the call was returned and I ordered a new system, which was installed on Wednesday. The installation went smoothly with no problems. Melissa was a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend using Air Force 1 for all your air conditioning and heating needs.

Early May we called for estimate on new AC and Ryan came out to talk with us. We made a down payment and AC and ducts in were installed on May 5 in one day, technicians on site were courteous but didn't finish the housing around the unit to prevent animals from getting in under our house. I won't even get into that! We were told it would take 2 or 3 days to have it fabricated. After calling to find out when it would be completed a technician was sent out May 17 who didn't know how to install the housing. He tried to install it but in the end it was ruined and new housing had to be fabricated for the opening. It was eventually installed near the end of the month. Promises made during the sales pitch by Ryan were not kept but we had air so we let it ride. This air conditioner was installed on a rental home we own next to our home. We had a local company install a new air conditioner on our home in July 2019, the following year that company sold out to Air Force 1 who picked up the warranty. Last Saturday that 2 year old AC quit working and at @ 2:05 PM in the afternoon we put in a call to Air Force 1 answering service and were told someone would call us back shortly(I will also say that we had that AC PMed in May by Air Force 1 when the AC was installed at our other home). Ryan returned our call at 3:00 PM and told us he would get a hold of a technician to come by and check it and it would be $169 for the service call. He called back at 3:04 PM and said he was unable to reach anyone, that they were out on jobs but would call us when they got in. That was the last we heard from anyone, I tried to call Ryan at 6:04 PM to see if someone was coming and the call went to voice mail. It is now Monday PM and no attempt has been made to contact us. Luckily, Sunday AM we were able to reach a local AC service and a tech was here in half an hour and had it fixed (just a matter of a reset). Our advice....stick with someone local, this company is poorly managed in Fort Myers and Ryan is more blow than show.

Interestingly, we've found out from our customers that AirForce1 has been telling our customers that we're closed. There is no shortage of AC work in Florida so we're unsure why this is transpiring. The office person was kind but had no idea who could have been doing this. We assume a technician. Our customer is understandably upset because he was not interested in purchasing a maintenance agreement through this company and then had to call us to confirm that we are, in fact, open.

I called n they did a condenser rebuild for $795. That includes magnetron and 2 capacitors. They used to be Livingston. From now on my business goes elsewhere, $1000 to clean a coil which they would not do. I feel completely ripped off for 5-700. Such is life. Farrah brothers fixes the problem, sends technicians, not salesman. Only use this co if you want to empty your wallet. Never again!!!!
