Airforce 1 HVAC

Price quoted was not price charged. Fuel surcharge added on but was not told about this when on the phone making the appointment. Tech did not run the heat. He did not put the thermostat back to original setting after turning it down to run a/c. He did not check the filter. He did not flip the circuit breaker back on after working on the system. We went out after the service and came home to an 80 degree home. He did try to sell us a maintenance agreement. Call to the manager/owner was not returned.

Friendly and Fast professional service. I don’t know where you got that woman from but she is a wonderful worker. Definitely will recommend this company to others.

Eddy was very knowledgeable. He explained about the different brands of AC's and why the AC needed a deep core cleaning due to the AC filter not being changed for 7 months. I recommend Eddy a a valuable source of information.

Air Force 1 did a great job installing my new air conditioning unit at a reasonable price. They were prompt, professional, and I highly recommend them.

We called when we got to our condo and the AC wasn't cooling. Joe showed up within 45 minutes diagnosed the problem and fixed it in a couple of minutes. What great service !

Air Force 1 was very difficult to contact, it seems that nobody is ever working. An advertisement was placed with my company, but now the owner refuses to pay!

I come to find out that they overcharged me at least $1,500. I do NOT recommend this company 😕
