I believe it’s only a matter of time but will select Gulf Shore Cooling to provide my new AC unit, based upon the presentation and product, as well as the backing of Costco as their preferred vendor.

Gerardo and his partner/brother installed new AC unit in my apartment on Friday Jan 13th. I was worried because of the heavy rain outdoor, but everything was installed perfectly (at least from the outside look) they didn’t cause any mess. He also installed the thermostat properly (before it, there was a big hole behind the old thermostat) he listened to my concerns, and solved problems. Within a few days, I received the email confirmation of registration of the AC with the warranty information, I’m very happy with that because I like things on paper for record. So far, I have been with GulfShore cooling for a few months, I think they are a honest company and I feel safe to work with, that’s why I continue my bi-annual maintenance plan with them. I hope my new AC last for many years, time will tell. Thank you GSC

We had 5 units replaced after hurricane Ian. From the initial meeting with Jon, to the ladies in the office and last the installers, this has been the most knowledgeable, professional company we have ever dealt with! they were on time, always answer your calls with any questions or concerns that arise. Pricing was competitive as well. We would DEFINATELY use this company again should the need arise! If i could give more than 5 stars i would ***************************************************

Alex was incredibly knowledgeable and thorough. He walked me through what was causing the alert on my system and how to do the proper upkeep. Highly recommend Alex for any future hvac issues.

After routine maintenance and apprised all was well. Office called to tell me there was an issue with a safety plug. Company sent our man to fix. He advised me he found nothing wrong. Obviously the company has a issue with the prior person who performed the semi annual maintenance check
