Arrived right on time. Appointment was 10-12 he arrived at 10:00.
I requested a quote for a new Lennox AC unit. We are deciding whether to replace our system.

Gulf Shore was very responsive and pleasant to deal withfrom the telephone call to the repair technician. They provided tracking for the tech and I received a text with estimated arrival time.

Robin, came for an estimate on time and did a very professional job in explaining different options for our situation. We will definitely go with his recommendations. Out of 5 different contractors we invited for an estimate he was one out two who did calculate room loads, talked about airflow, installation issues and pro's and con's very poen, understandable and professional. finally pricing and install timing was in our expectation as well.
