Del - Air was quick to send someone out to assist me. I called around 2:15p to make an appointment and someone was out to me by 4:30. Todd did an amazing job making sure my A/C was back up and running. He took his time and explained to me what happened which caused it to stop running. If that’s not exceptional service. Thank you! We had a great technician! His name was Angel De La Cruz. He went above and beyond to educate us about our ac unit and handler. If you have service, request him. He’s amazing!

I decided to fix my own thermostat by replacing it with a smart thermostat. It seemed like an easy installation, but I ended up blowing the fuse inside the AC unit. So I ended up calling to see if I can get a pro to look at it. They came out less than 45 minutes. The technician Angel was very professional, very friendly and very down to the point on what happened to my AC unit. He said that the fuse needed to be replaced and that he would install my thermostat correctly for me. The price was going to be around $275 to install my thermostat and replace the fuse in the system but while he was performing the repair, he ended up finding mold in the AC handler for the blower and the coils were. He told me that it needed maintenance and he would install a UV light for protection. Thank God that he found that problem in my AC before installing everything back together because my family is very asthmatic. He told me the repair was going to be around 800 bucks and I told him go ahead and do it. You found something that I would’ve never found and thank you , he did it within a few hours and everything came out clean AC was back up and running and it works like a dream. Thank you Angel for everything you are the best.

I normally use DelAir for my AC but I had plumbing issues and took a chance and glad I did, I called late Sunday night to see if someone can come out on Monday morning. The service guy Mike was so professional, quick and made sure everything was in working order before leaving. I would HIGHLY recommend.

We had a technician named K.C come out to our home and he was amazing! We had a little electrical wiring issue with our newly placed AC that took only a couple of mins to fix. But K.C stayed to educate us on our AC unit better on how to work the thermostat, gave us a few tips and tricks to keep our new unit clean and taken care of. Even took time out of his visit to get on a ladder and fix our noisy vent in our home. He was more than helpful and extremely professional. Love his work ethic and his personality. Will definitely be recommending him to others and if we need another tech again we'll be calling for K.C specifically . Thank you!

Not pleased at all with the service tech. Told us to buy a new thermostat when mine was still under warranty. Tried to sell us another model and overpriced it. Called customer service they didnt help either. So im going to write a letter to the company and express my frustration because i pay for this service. I provide excellent customer service, and i want the same treatment back.
