Del-Air Heating, Air Conditioning, Plumbing and Electrical

Ac threw a fault. Under extended warrantee from DelAir. Called, they came within 3 hours and called in advance of arrival. Two gents - one with quite a bit of experience. Diagnosed problem quickly - warrantee repair - has all parts in their van. Three hours to fix but back in operation.

On a 94° day, to get this quick response and successful repair was greatly appreciated!

The technicians were very thorough with the troubleshooting, locating the nneded part and the repair, and saved us from not having any AC during the 4th of July break.

Service maintenance visit was disappointing. Reviewed status of our AC. Appeared to do a good job... Tech was pleasant but left a mess to cleanup in our home. Never offered to help cleanup dirt tracked in from outside after concern was.mentioned! Never wore protective cover-ups over shoes? Did not change air filter. Just apologized? Just discovered heat not working? Previous service calls were better!

Was told they would be by between 8am and 10am. Moved my work day around to accommodate them. At 10:30 I called them after no communication from them, and all they said was that they would be there as soon as the could. Very inconvenient and zero communication. Wouldn’t recommend.

Eduardo and crew are efficient, courteous, and professional. They serviced our AC and split today with ease. Now another six months of carefree cool AC. Welcome summer.Thank you Gentlemen

Showed up an hour late. The cleaning service is really only cleaning out the drain line. If able to do your own basic maintenance I would defer to that. Doesn't include even a filter replacement. I may have assumed in that regard though

Great responsiveness and service! My team of Roberto and Sonny were an excellent team that were very knowledgeable and courteous during my evaporator coil replacement yesterday. I am very happy with everything Del-Air does for my properties!

Took 5 days before I called to check in to get an ETA on repair, they said they couldn’t order parts. I called Trane and they said “we have all 8 of your motherboards in stock locally”

Needless to say I’m still waiting for an ETA on install but am calling someone else to deal with this. Not sure why Del air is giving me the run around, but run away as fast as possible.

Del Air is the best. The service really comes down to the techs in the homes and theirs are just awesome. I build custom homes and Del Air does all of our rough-ins as well as services my personal home and they are always as good as you hope they will be.

Jean and Eddy Garcia did a PM service on two units. They were professional and helpful. Provided information regarding shrubs around unit to trim back. Great asset to company.
