Tech was very friendly, took time to explain every detail and did a fantastic, professional job testing the A/C system and giving it a tuneup and cleaning.

Though the it's was very pricey, and was hoping the warranty would cover it. The technician was wonderful and very informative and got me back to a cool house and I'm very grateful for that.

I had Del-Air HVAC maintenance contract for years on my old house and they maintained my unit running like a champ even though it was almost 20 years old (Trane). I purchased a new construction home with 2 units and just purchased a maintenance contract for these. Let me tell you, the service is worth every penny. I will continue to use this Del-Air

No words to describe I've used this company 20 years plus so frustrated,disgusted and very disappointed!!! We will never use delair again!!I'm taking this matter to better business bureau, corp and Mr Bob delli Russo ofc..I will get this matter resolved once in for all!!!!! I hate to work hard to sweat!!!!!! So annoyed with this company it's losing it's touch too much business they gained, keep this racket up you'll go down in history!!! This co. is beggining to stink!!!! Will not recommed! there is Other small businesses that would appreciate your business!!! Same unit goes for 4500. Got this unit 6400. W/Nasty tech.employees added to the mix!!! This is a prime example for what's called "LEMON LAW"

Waisted my time after waiting two weeks for the appointment. They sent a salesman not an air conditioning tech. He wanted to sell me other services and said my fee or special deal didn't covered the full service he was a out to performed. He try to up sale my services without even opening or touching the unit.

Service was great and the Technician new what was wrong last than 5 minutes. I was nice and cool again within 30 minutes. Thank You Del-Air!!!!

The prices was way too high for a 1 hour job, just to change a piece in my AC unit they charged me $950 only for the labor that is way too overpriced, I would understand if the job takes 3 hours but even still over priced.
