Edward and his partner were extremely informative in helping us decide on the perfect HVAC system. They were professional, personable and made my family feel comfortable. Installation was performed the next day, the crew was excellent and the installation was performed timely without any issues A++ Highly recommended!!!

The install team came out and worked in the hot florida sun until it was done. They explained the system to me and cleaned up everything. The install was neat and tidy. The installers themselves were a great bunch of guys who i actually enjoyed talking to. Eddie the sales rep was also awesome to work with and explained everything to me as well as worked with me to get to a payment i could afford for a truly top of the line system. Thanks del-air.

Del-Air Heating and Air conditioning for the home, was a good choice! We had them service both old and now new Air condition unit, for several years now. The technician was both knowledgeable and on time with service. To install this brand new Air conditioner, it took eight hours to complete. I am very very satisfied with the outcome of both product and service.

I had a bad experience with Del-Air but Management called and address the issue and apologized for the poor service. It makes me happy when you have management give you a call to fix a problem and to rectify the bad service. It shows that the company cares about its clients and will do anything to keep the business. Thanks Del-Air

While the actual technician that arrived did a very good job, the process to get there was horrible! I waited 3 days on an emergency call. When the day arrived that they were to be here, they weren't. I called and was told that we were the 1st appt of the day, but the tech was currently in town getting new tires. Odd. I called back 2 hours later and they told me that there were several appts before mine. When I challenged them and asked why we have received 2 different stories, they had no response. Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired!

The service was well received. The technician was very thorough. He diagnosed the problem and effected repairs. He then explained what caused the problem and the steps taken to alleviate the problem.

We’re costumers for 3 years now, called multiple times with different issues, always responsive and ready to fix your problem. I’ve called in last night after 7pm and got a response and they sent the technician who arrived in less than 20 minutes, I was really surprised how fast it was. Very professional and knowledgeable, he fixed the problem in no time and even it was covered by my maintenance plan. This was the quickest fixed issue with any of the services.

I would like to thank Eddy Garcia and Jean Innocent for the excellent work they did on my HVAC service and maintenance. In my honest opinion, Eddy is the best tech I've had come to my house. He doesn't cut corners. Jean is learning from the best. I had several guys come to house over the last 20 years and Eddy is the best.

Paid $99. Nothing was fixed. Todd was very nice and professional. Don’t like paying for something, and nothing was fixed. Thermostat still not working. My HVAC system still not working properly. Doesn’t make me want to repeat service calls with Del Air.
