We have used Del Aire for many years. They are always professional, on time and get the job done in a timely manner

I called on a Tuesday to make a Friday appointment. I was given a 5 hour appointment window (12 to 5 pm). I rearranged my schedule to be home for that time, but the tech didn’t arrive during the scheduled time. I even called twice (once at 3:30, again at 5:30) to check whether the appointment was going to be held and was told “yes… we’re really busy… we still plan to get to you”. Unacceptable. At 5:40, I called a different provider and made a next-day appointment.

Del-Air finally called at 7:30p. Too late. Then, one of their techs shows up at 12p the next day - 2 hours after the different provider had already addressed my issue.

Tighten up your scheduling. Communicate. Respect people’s time.

Don't believe I received the service I payed for. Normally when the tech comes out to my home the service takes close to 2 hrs.
Tech came and letting 35 minutes .
Don't believe the job was thorough .

The AC tech was respectful, listen to complaints, address the noise problem and adjust what needed to be done. The rumbling sounds went away. I'm satisfy with the service.

My service technician, Mohammad was excellent. He took his time and did not perform a rush job. Friendly and answered all of my questions.

Not even three weeks after install and the AC already giving us problems. Imagine spending 10k and waking up at 1am climbing up your attic to figure out what’s wrong, after completing the installation they already were troubleshooting and calling a service tech. Installed a wet vac on the drip pipe and notice the installers left the pad resting on top of my sprinkler head. Can’t wait for my inspector to come.

Not only did the technician appear on time, he was early, which was quite welcome considering the Florida heat. He was able to find out the problem with our system swiftly and gave us lots of advice on maintaining it. Finally, or system was repaired in the same day and the cost seemed reasonable. I recommend this company.

Richard Lankford was awesome … could not have been more professional. Definitely one who is skilled and capable for identifying our AC issue

Tech was very friendly, answered questions and did a great job. Did not try to upsell since it wasn't needed. Usually when that happens, and the work is not needed, I immediately stop using that company and let friends know to be careful. Great job servicing the A/C system.
