Techs arrived on time and made quick diagnosis of the problem. Offered a solution after working hard to find the correct parts. Repair is now in process.

Overpriced and underdelivered. Through their call center I had to speak to over 6 different customer service representatives to get the answered I needed when it came time to repair our HVAC. Multiple calls across two different days and I’m still waiting for a receipt for the $500 service I paid for 6 days ago. The staff are friendly but overall I’ll be going to elsewhere for my HVAC needs. I’ll change this review if and I can at least get a copy of my receipt for the services paid. Kenan in parts was kind on the first call and when I followed up the second time asking for a copy of my quote she was disgruntled that I was bothering her. 8 hours later and still no quote emailed to me for a $2,500 repair. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. How can you not provide simple communication for a customer. Disappointing.
