When we needed a new system, we were freaking out a bit about the price but in doing comparision shopping, not only did All Year Cooling come in under our budget, but they were the only company that didn't make us feel like we HAD to go with them. They gave us the information and then gave us time to chat and followed up a few days later. No pressure at all and that is why they installed which was great as well. The main installer Tim was so friendly and his team was kind as well.

We have now collaborated with All Year Cooling on two separate occasions, and on each occasion, our experience has been excellent and fruitful. The technicians from All Year Cooling arrived promptly as promised, and the entire installation was carried out in a single day without any problems.

My parents unit went out and I was in charge of finding a repair company for them. I called one place and they wanted more for the repair than it would cost to just replace the whole thing and that wasn’t happening. I gave All Year Cooling a call and when they came out they were just more reasonable and literally had the part on hand for the repair. Got it done for a very fair price.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. My technician Donnie was polite and kind. I love being able to support a good and honest local Miami business.

Bought new heat/AC system in May. In Dec turned on heat to find no heat element was installed. After 2 weeks of numerous reps, still have no heat. Nobody has shown up for the last week. Had to go out and buy a fireplace and portable heater. Nobody can make the new heating element work.
After a month, and 5 to 6 visits, they finally made the heat work! Thank you.
They certainly do honor their warranty service. Everything now works fine.

I recently had All Year Cooling do an AC installation in my house and I couldn't be more pleased! Not only were they the most affordable option in my area, they also provided great service and communication throughout the entire process. 5 stars all around!

Over the years we’ve had a few different AC repair companies come in and fix something. AYC is the best one I hired to do work. They made me feel comfortable and were respectful of my property and even loved my 200 pound dog. Most run from her but Eric didn’t. Good guy.

All Year Cooling replaced our old Ac unit and did some patching on our ducts. It was a major improvement and made a pretty decent difference on our electric bill. They are a trustworthy company and treat their customers well.
