All Year Cooling

Even though we already had three quotes for our AC replacement we decided to also give All Year a call and just to see. Man, I’m so glad we did. As soon as Scott came out we felt we found our guy. He was very personable and showed us a lot of knowledge that we did not see in the others. We are very happy customers.

The team from this company did an outstanding job installing my air conditioner. The best part is that they gave me quite a lengthy warranty. It's great to know that they stand behind their service and product.

This is the 3rd AC unit I have had installed by All Year Cooling in the past 3 years to replace aging units that went bad. Their pricing was better than any other contractor I contacted and their installation work is professional and exceptional. The only issue I encountered (and its not All Year Cooling’s fault) is the price increase since the pandemic started and supply chain issues. The price of the replacement unit I just installed on June 27, 2022 was substantially more expensive than the previous units I purchased but the All Year Cooling price was still the lowest of any contractor. Their work is high quality and I highly recommend their service.

In Nov 2021, I had to replace the AC system quickly in a rental property I just sold and needed to have it done before closing. I worked with Joseph C at All Year Cooling who provided me the best price on a 3 ton AC unit from amongst 6 or 7 contractors I called. He scheduled the installation at my convenience. The AC technician arrived early on the day of the installation and he did a professional and flawless job.

This company is extremely responsive. They come out same day and provide accurate quotes. They replaced my unit quicker. Also they provide 10 year warranty. I love dealing with them. There is no corporate run around to deal with. Do your self a favor and just use a certified installer rather than the other 3rd party generic company’s out there. Sure they might be cheaper but won’t last nearly as long and have parts for them.

They are the best A/C company in Miami. My unit has to be over 20 years old now and about every other year I call All Year Cooling to come and fix something on it. They’ve kept it running and saved me lots of money. Highly recommend.
