I bought my ac from All Year Cooling in 2019 with a 6 year warranty. Anytime I have need them to come out - they are very friendly and do their best to get someone out right away - resolve issues and/or check the status of my a/c. I had a braided pipe develop a leak and it was so hot - dreadfully - All Year Cooling had someone out as fast as they possibly could and were kind and caring. As a Senior this means so much to me as I really cannot suffer extreme heat/humidity. I feel they care for me as a customer. I also got good value with the ac I purchased from them. A new air conditioner is not a frequent purchase. We are not all that knowledgeable on them. Given the choice of doing a bunch of time consuming research or being able to lean on the expertise of a company that knows virtually everything there is to know about them, I’ll go with AYC’s recommendation any time. We are more than satisfied with their pick for us. And no, it was not the most expensive one.
