Mario from All Year Cooling is the absolute best! I am new here, he was patient and kind with my inquiries. He answered all my questions about the A/C unit. I really hope I get him next time for any problems with my A/C. All Year Cooling is lucky to have him. The company is very responsive to phone calls and questions too. I will always use them for all my properties.

I’m so happy we found this company. I had a company out who did some work and jacked my stuff up. No way was I letting them come and “fix” it. I called AYC on a recommendation and wished I could turn back the clock and just use them. They did a perfect job fixing the first one and got everything into safe working order. They Sent Joseph C. He was so professional and nice. He made me understand everything they would do. They were the best out of 3 estimates and made me feel si comfortable about the company. He set my appt for July 3rd. I had questions after Joseph left my house. I called and he answered my calls immediately. He never made me feel like I was being a pain.
July 3rd Patrick and Joel the installers came . They were wonderful. They worked so professionally and clean. They answered all my questions. They knew it was my first time buying a new AC . They were very informative and calm. They did a great job.

I had a water problem with the AC, they were ready to come out right away, they said it was the drain pan and they said it was so much to fix it, I told them that we had purchased the AC unit from them, it was a pretty sizable amount, I asked if they could give me a little break, I told them that I was living on my social security and that anything would be helpful and so they did. The technician was knowledgeable, friendly, and explained everything that he was doing.
