We just returned to our house in Delray Beach after an extended period away and discovered our condensate drain was plugged and water was pouring out into our laundry room from under the air handler. Palm Air sent Barrington out at 7 PM on Sunday night and he spent 2 hours getting the problem cleared up for us. I am extremely grateful for Palm Air's responsiveness and the quality of their work.

Palm Air responed to my call, sending a technician to my apartment within two hours. The tech examined the unit and told me what he was doing step by step. When he left, one hour later, the unit was working as new. Palm Air followed up two and three days later. These guys are great. I highly recommend them.

Very satisfied with the service. Bruce was prompt - and had the courtesy to call when en route, as all the servicemen do. He was experienced, professional and explained everything in detail. He was also extremely neat and respectful of our home.

We needed to replace our air conditioning/heating system. The technicians, Alex and Vernon, did a great job! They were cordial, diligent and careful to clean up whatever mess was caused by the disassembling and installing of the new system and thermostat. They tested everything thoroughly and we would recommend them without hesitation.

Called for service and within two hours a service tech was at my home.
Service tech Bruce was a breath of fresh air as he took the time to understand my concerns about the AC.
He did a complete check up of the unit made a couple of minor adjustments and my system is at 100%.
Its nice to have a company like Palm Air to call and know that you will be taken care of by a professional service tech, and a support group at their office that makes you feel confident that your needs will be met.

Barrington was great and went over and beyond to make sure everything was done . Sherry in the office is great about following up on you AC maintenance so you don't miss your deadline.
