We have had a great experience with Palm Air for the past three years. Their technicians have been helpful and professional. The last time, Todd came to save us and he did a great job. I was glad he came because he was very kind, helpful, knowledgeable and was able to fix the problem we had. Besides, he had the courtesy of explaining what the problem was. On the other hand, with regard to the office staff, Shari has also been super kind, understanding and helpful on the phone, coordinating the service and making payments easy for us. I would recommend them and Palm Air.

We had the pleasure of having Palm Air come to our house to fix a compressor on the side of our AC unit. On a Saturday night we had the unfortunate event occur and lead to an extremely hot house. Palm Air was contracted and the technician (Caleb) arrived promptly. He identified and solved the problem within 20 minutes of arriving. We are so thankful for their great customer service, prompt response and fixing the underlying issue. Highly recommend and Caleb was professional and very friendly!

We have an issue with our carrier unit, and we called Palm Air to come out and give us a second opinion. WOW we were so thrilled to have found them. Ed C. was our technician, and he was nothing short of phenomenal. He was professional, patient, knowledgeable. We had a great experience with him and signed up for the maintenance program. He was able to determine the issue with my system, it is under warranty (thank God). Palm Air ordered the part, and they will be installing it and adding more coolant. We had not had our AC unit serviced since the pandemic started so it was time to get it completed. Jose G was our technician and he was so through and very detailed on his notes it was amazing. We learned about PalmAir from our good friend who used them to install and maintain his system and his recommendation was spot on. Couldn't have been more pleased with the HVAC service and cleaning that we received. A few things were noted that needed repair and we have begun the process to have PalmAir AC complete those repairs and will most likely purchase the service contract to keep our systems in tip top shape. I've been a customer of Palm Air for about a year now. Every time that I've dealt with them (repairing an old unit, purchasing a new replacement unit, and a follow up service call on the new unit) they have been incredibly helpful, friendly, and responsive. Christopher was on-site within 2 hours of my call to the office for an error code yesterday. He fixed the issue within 30 minutes and took the time to explain what he was doing and what the issue was. I highly recommend Palm Air.

First time using Palm Air AC for maintenance and we will definitely be continuing to use them as our go to HAVC service provider. Jose G. was our tech and he was extremely detailed and thorough with his service. He made recommendations to a few things which we will be having PalmAir take care of for us since the maintenance was excellent. Highly recommend them, they were recommended by our good friend who used them to install a new system for him and has his maintenance done by them as well. If you need service or maintenance, call Palm Air, they are top notch.

Palm Air provides excellent on time service. Their staff is professional and courteous. Technician Christopher Ast. represents the company with the highest degree of professionalism. He took the time to explain what and how he services the A/C unit. This is something that I have never experienced before in an Air Conditioning company. Palm Air is highly recommended.

Palm Air has been great with coordinating maintenance visits with either my tenants or me and keeping me informed of any potential issues. Barrington came out for the most recent maintenance. He was on time, explained what he was going to be doing, went about his work, and maintained professionalism throughout the entire visit. He communicated his findings and offered his suggestions. I'm very pleased with Palm Air.

Today I had a UV light installed in my Carrier A/C. The tech was Barrington. He was a very pleasant young man and installed the light and explained some things about the light. We checked out the A/C and found not problems. I would say he was a credit to Palm Air and was a fine example of how people should treat clients. I would recommend using this tech.

As a member of Palm Air's Maintenance program, I recently had the pleasure of having Christopher as the technician who serviced my AC unit. I must say, he is exceptional in his work! Christopher's professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction are a true testament to his dedication and expertise. In my opinion, it is crucial for companies to recognize and reward their outstanding employees, and Christopher certainly deserves recognition and possibly a raise.
Overall, I highly recommend Palm Air's services, especially if you have the chance to work with Christopher. You won't be disappointed!
