Christopher from Palm Air visited me to take care of an issue with my heat pump. He worked hard the entire time he was here and took care of the problem completely. The only amount I was charged was the agreed-upon fee for the visit. He was professional and pleasant throughout. I highly recommend both the company and Christopher.

Our service representative, Caleb McFarland, was a pleasure to have around. He was courteous and hard working and thorough. He did the work at a very fair price and did not try to gouge us. For these reasons, I no longer have to look for a reliable air conditioning company. With Palm Air, I have found one.

A week ago our landlord hired Palm Air to service our non-working A/C. The technician (very good) got our A/C working quickly; however, a follow-up was required. Bruce was the technician who did the follow-up. He was very professional, did an in-depth, thorough analysis and determined what had caused the outage in the first place.

Had entire new A/C system and smart thermostat installed while we out of town. All went well. PalmAir sent Barrington over on our request to check out a few small issues and go over a few things about our thermostat. He was a great guy, knew his stuff---a pleasure to deal with!!!!

Bruce Coe is a hard professional worker! Palm Air also installed one AC unit about a year ago. I will only use this company for HVAC services! Cleaned out the main drain line with a snake to have better air quality. Did add Freon to one unit and tested both systems to be sure no leaks. Came at 1:30 and left at 7:00PM.

We have had constant leaking and loss of freon. Christopher was very thorough, checking inside and on the roof of our condo building.He answered all of our questions and explained what we need further.. He sent another tech. in the following day who gave us several options to proceed in determining where a leak is coming from.. Christopher and Josue were very polite, knowledgable and a pleasure to deal with.

First experience with Palm Air, they installed a new Carrier AC, Chuck and Dimitri are very good technicians and explained what they were doing as they went along, even why they had to replace the AC circuit breaker. They are very interested in customer satisfaction and doing what is right . I was treated very fairly with a great price and great service.
