We have three ac systems and one heater for the pool. I have been a customer for more than 8 years, but today was blown away by the INCREDIBLE attention to detail, professionalism and over all customer service of Christopher. He not only did his job, but went beyond by taking his time to explain granularly the issues with my ac system. The Palm Aire air conditioning maintenance agreement is by far the best! They changed all the AC filters drained the lines and did they complete the check of the unit inside and outside. The technician Christopher was exceptionally helpful in explaining how to program the thermostat and set the schedule. He was extra clean and wiped the dust away while changing the AC filters. He checked the warranty on one of the units to find out that the part was still under warranty. Palm Aire is by far the best AC company in town!

I have never written a review before in my life and I am 62. I just felt compelled to write one for the outstanding customer service and Professionalism that techican Barrington displayed and renderd. He is what all service people should try to be. From the well spoken call ahead to the outstanding workmanship and even teaching me along the way. I can not say enough good things about him. He even helped me to decicde to speak to the company about the issues I have, that I am not so pleased with. He is not only an outstanding employee is is a fine young man. PS Loved that he is a Veteran also.

Palm Air has always been great to deal with and today's service visit was more of the same. Bruce - the service tech - was unbelievably good and went out of his way to address my concerns and cost-effectively resolve my issues.
