I own a boutique nail salon in Boca and needed service for my AC. I called at least 7 places who advertised that they took care of commercial accounts but they did not. I called Palm air and from the first call to the actual service call they were fantastic. Making the appt was easy. I believe it was Alex who was my tech, showed up on time. I was even late as stuck in traffic and he was very cool about it.
Serviced everything for me. Really nice guy too. Showed me what he did, gave me recommendations for better upkeep as well. I would definitely recommend them for home or commerical. Thank you, Staci

ED C called ahead and came on time. He performed a thorough comprehensive AC maintenance tune up on our 2.5 yo system. He did an excellent job in a friendly timely professional manner. He explained a few small issues he discovered in the air handler and made 2 maintenance recommendations to prevent them from turning into future bigger problems . Did not try to alarm us or oversell extra preventative services. He gave us reassurance after the system diagnostics testing revealed everything is working well and efficiently . My neighbors recommended Palm Air to us and so would I to anyone needing AC maintenance or repairs. We will be purchasing a yearly maintenance plan for the next tune up after todays very positive experience with this company and will request Ed C to come back . Great job…no hassle ….fair price for the thorough work done.

I have been a customer for 3 years for 2 different homes. Today, we had an Clogged AC Condense Drain issue and QUENTIN did an AMAZING JOB, trying everything he could do to fix our problem & he solved it!! He got our AIR CONDITIONING UP & RUNNING!!!

I've used Palm Air for 15 years? Maybe more? Hard to say because they are my "go-to" no matter what when it comes to HVAC. I've owned a few properties over the years that have sometime had other maintenance contracts or warranties, but NO ONE is more consistent, helpful, quality oriented and even value oriented than Palm Air.
