Extremely satisfied! Highly recommend this company over the others, they are worth the investment. Kevin and Mike did an outstanding job installing my home’s new Carrier Infinity Series. They showed up bright and early and worked without stopping. They walked me through the entire system when complete and did not make a mess of my home or yard. Jeff was a true professional. Answered all of my questions multiple times in person, over the phone, and through text. No pressure tactics. He even came by on the installation day to make sure everything was going smooth. The email presentation of the products I was considering was easy to understand and very well put together. These guys are worth it! I feel absolutely confident with the job and they backed it with parts and labor. The Carrier Infinity series is AMAZING! Decided to spend the extra on this system and I can tell you it’s money well spent. The reputation of Palm Air is legit. Thanks again guys!

I have had a service contract with Palm Air for a number of years. From day 1 I have been impressed with the level of service provided, from the office staff to the service technicians. They are extremely efficient and thorough! My last service call was with Bruce. He was on time and did not rush the service call, making sure everything was working as it should. I appreciated how he explained what should be done to maintain my aging system. This is a great company and I highly recommend them!

Just had my inspection by the village for the unit Palm Air installed last year.
Pablo from Palm Air arrived early and took the time to explain to me what the inspection process entailed and took the time to make sure this was a smooth process.
The unit that was installed passed without issue. Overall my experiences with Palm Air have been great.

Kevin and Mike were incredibly professional, knowledgeable and kind. They had to do extra work due to the previous installation which was done poorly, took pretty much all day. I’m grateful for their patience and know how and integrity!!! Also, Josue that came out to look at everything and quote me a price was so nice and explained all to me properly that I decided to go with them. Definitely recommend!

Christopher and Quentin were very polite and professional, answered my questions honestly. Immediately on arrival there was a heavy downfall of rain. They came to the door and explained they were going to sit in the truck until it stopped. They didn’t want me to think they were just sitting around doing nothing. Quentin is in training and Christopher was extremely nice to him and helped him with the visit. Palm Air always has such nice employees, keep up the good work.

Both Kevin and Troy were very efficient in replacing one of our AC Compressor and Air Handling units in our home today.They took the time to explain everything they did and how the units worked as well as all warranty information. Very professional and friendly. We highly recommend using Palm Air AC, Inc for all AC repairs, installations and maintenance.

Today, Palm Air followed up from an emergency service call yesterday. Sherry called first thing this morning stating they will get the Carrier part this morning and install it this afternoon. Barrington arrived this afternoon with the part and properly installed everything with no issues. Palm Air had great communication and service. Very happy with the high level of service.

Our tech, Barrington, came in, identified, the problem (drain line), and fixed it. He also explained that I should consider having the line clean twice a year. Being new to FL I didn’t know that cleaning the drain line was necessary. Good to know.
We will be using them again.

I've had my A/C system maintenance agreement with Palm Air through the Boca Raton office for several years. I've consistently found them to be efficient, trustworthy, timely and an overall pleasure to deal with. Alex was my service rep on my most recent checkup yesterday. He was extremely knowledgeable and well-spoken. As I bought my system from Palm Air back in 2013, we discussed it's longevity and the importance of proper maintenance. I live near the ocean. He showed me what was salt buildup through the years and explained how to clean my unit properly. He was very neat and tidy. Thought I told him not to worry about it, he even put on his shoe covers every time he had to walk in and out of my house. It's the little things like that which show a company actually cares. Five starts to Palm Air and 5 stars to Alex. Total professionalism across the board from all the staff I've come across through the years. Old-school family style way of running a business. They're the best.

EdC. did maintenance on our Carrier units on Feb 13. He arrived on time and did an outstanding job on both of our units. He was polite, informative, and very efficient. I always ask for him when the next maintenance is due. He is also very pleasant and communicates very well. We have been very satisfied with the services Palm Air AC.
