After bad experiences elsewhere, called Palm Air yesterday when our AC unit shut off. They were polite and helpful on the phone, and dispatched a technician (Caleb) within 2 hours. Caleb is great. A real pro. Did a system check, a full flush of the drains and pan, installed a new air filter and set us up with a very affordable maintenance plan. AC is now working perfectly. We are VERY happy with the service!

Benjamin made a service call and was excellent. He explained the problem, made the correction quickly and then adjusted my vents and air flow. I will certainly request him again.

After using different A/C companies, I could say that Palm Air is so far the best! We had a mini-split unit installed. From the comfort consultant Jeff to Alex and Vernon, we received excellent customer service. The installation was impeccable. Alex and Vernon were professional and clean. Before that, we used Palm Air to do maintenance and repair our A/C. Both Marcos and Christopher were awesome. They both went over the recommendations for our unit. They were honest (something you don't see that often) and communicative. I cannot speak highly enough about this company. Their team is amazing!

Christopher came out to my companies office to fix our HVAC system. He was able to diagnose a problem that our 2 previous repairmen could not discover. I was thrilled with the experience and would not hesitate to contact Christopher and the Palm Air team again. 5/5 stars!

Just moved into my house in Boca Raton and my main AC unit stop cooling. I called Palm Air based on the reviews and they did not disappoint, it’s clear why they have so many 5 star reviews. This is a company that cares a ton about the customer. Unfortunately when the Palm Air repair tech came out he informed me that the coils on my condenser had a leak and most of the refrigerant was gone. They had the main office call me within 20 minutes after he left to discuss options on whether I wanted to repair or replace. They were not pushy at all and did not pressure me into buying a new system however after waiting the pros/cons and cost of repair vs. replacement it made much more sense to replace the entire unit. Josue was fantastic coming over to give me a quote within an hour after speaking to the main office. He was extremely professional, friendly and honest. Now keep in mind all this was happening at 4pm on a Friday. Well, Josue called the main office and then worked to get an install crew to work on Saturday so I wouldn’t be without AC over the weekend. The next day exactly as they said (8am) Alan and Chris showed up. They couldn’t have been more friendly, professional and efficient. By 2pm the entire system was installed and running great. The whole experience was just smooth from start to finish! I will be using Palm Air for everything from now on.

I had a great experience with Palm Air, they were able to make a service visit within a short time of calling them. Bruce, the technician who serviced my A/C unit, was very professional and kept me informed while addressing my issue quickly. Five stars all around!

I was having troubles with my thermostat installation and so I had 2 different appointments, one with Caleb, one with Benjamin. Both were excellent and worked to the best of their ability to help solve the problem spending much longer at my house than they intended. The were both patient, calm and knowledgeable as we worked through the issues calling both Honeywell and Comcast multiple times. I really appreciated their time and attention to this problem!
