I am so happy I switched to Palm Air Conditioning one year ago! My service tech, Benjamin is professional, great explanations, courteous, and on time!

On 12/30/22 Palm Air sent Alex to service my AC. He was very informative meaning that I was asking questions. Alex also fixed the problem that AC had. I highly recommend Alex and would like him to be the one to service my AC at all times. God bless and please have a Prosperous New Year 2023.

Barrington came to replace our UV blub. He was ontime and very professional. Before he left he ensured our system was working for peak performance. Based on the recent maintenance that was performed I had a question for him. He went back and checked our system to make sure he gave us the correct answer.

Benjamin was a great representative for the company. I will request him for my next visit. He kept me informed all the way through the visit even though I am up north. He is very personable and knowledgeable. Don’t let him go. He’s a keeper. Liked him very much. Thank you for sending him for my AC maintenance.

All of the guys from Palm Air have done a good job servicing or installing our A/C units over the years. This time it was Barrington who did the service, but all the technicians seem good and competent.
