William was the technician that helped to solve my problem and complete the work below estimate. He explained exactly what he was considering and kept me posted as the work progressed to completion.

Shane was amazing! He was friendly, professional and helpful! He fixed an ongoing issue that no one has been able to fix. I had a 8yr issue that Ryan Homes as been able to identify, he came and repaired in seconds! I will consider requesting Shane for future plumbing issues!

After the install there were some basic questions that they had problems answering. It was a bit like pulling teeth but eventually they did come through. The Lennox equipment is very good and they did a good job at installation. There were some minor issues with the water heater and furnace after install that were quickly resolved. At this point I would use them again.

They quoted me $1300 for heater repair with parts and labor and told me parts were not covered under warranty. After some basic research, I found I had an all parts covered warranty through Goodman. After I showed them, they confirmed they would only charge me for labor. The technician took about an hour to complete the job and I get a bill for the same $1300 price, including a $250 diagnostic fee plus $100 in fuel and service call charges. Most companies eat the diagnostic fees if you use their services same day. I won’t be using them again.

Go with a smaller, local shop who earns your business. No transparency in pricing makes you feel like you’re getting gouged.

Requested a quote for mini-split AC for our home. Scheduler and guy that came to our house were professional, courteous and one-time. Cost was outside our budget, but happy with the service we received in the estimate.

Mr. DJ was very professional and very efficient in conducting my AC repairs. He also took his time to address my humidity issue and provided useful suggestions.

I decided to use Sobieski because they originally installed the system and Last summer they had to replace a faulty compressor. Ii decided to get the service plan for just the HVAC system. I had them install Wi-Fi thermostats so I can control them when I’m away and also note if there is any problem and to control mode and temperature; peace of mind. Markus was great, not rushed, helpful and professional. I enjoyed working with him.
