Delaware Heating and Air

These guys are great! I have nothing but a great experience. We had a complete 5 ton hvac system installed. The installation was not easy, unit was installed in the attic. The install crew (Drew, Dave, and Adrian) were extremely professional, and respectful. Didn’t matter that they were working in over 100 degrees, never a complaint or a bad word. They answered every question we had. Their work was impecable. And the company’s pricing was excellent Literally blew everybody else away. I would highly recommend.

Servicing was prompt, efficient and convenient for our heating and cooling unit. Service providers were extremely nice and professional installing our water heater and tidy in their cleanup. DHAC is a great company to work with and certainly responsive to their clients’ need.

Office reaches out to schedule appointments and services appear thorough. Service personnel are professional.

Maintenance completed; damaged hose located outside of home was replaced. Serviceman explained the work that was completed.

Had Delaware Heating yesterday March 16 for no heat. Went Omer thermostat use. Mentioned might need a blower motor but could not fix it then. He said I probably could wait on that. Today no heat again. Am very disappointed. Going to call another compsny

Delaware Heating & Air have worked so hard with helping us for years!! We had problems following construction of our house (with a different company) and they have gone above and beyond to fix and repair any issues for us!! I wish we originally knew of this company when we built our home 6yrs ago!

Came out in the summer to fix a two zone system. Same issue is happening in the winter and they are trying to charge an additional $200 service fee for a problem they did not fix the first time. - Looking elsewhere for a company who stands behind their work.

Great service and value! Was able to get scheduled quickly and the technician was honest and knowledgeable.
