100% would recommend to everyone I encounter that has an AC system issue. They were super supportive of me as an individual but also as a veteran. All of the technicians I encountered from the free second opinion to the free new installation estimate to the team that actually installed the unit everyone was professional and super quality work. They cleaned up after their work was done. All of their work is nice, clean lines, zip ties and over all quality with the best equipment.

I have to say since I contacted Heather Martinez about my air conditioning unit. She was very professional answered all of my questions and helped me out so much. I contacted a few more to get different quotes and Heather really worked with my budget and honestly I felt like she cared more than the other companies that I contacted. Mike and Aaron, the service pro let me know every step of the way what was going on and at the end he showed me everything that they had done and asked me if I had any questions. They both were very professional and right on time I would definitely recommend this company to anyone that is looking for an AC unit or even, any type of utility work that they offer if I could give them 1000 stars I would .

I just wanted to drop a note and say how pleased I am with the service provided with Aire Serv. Heather an employee actually seen a post I made on facebook and she reached out to me to see if she could help in anyway. I am sure this was on her personal time as it was late in the evening. I thought this was amazing. She walked us through the whole process. We were also using a home warranty claim and had dealt with 3 other companies and had gotten the run around from November 2022 to April 2023. We are so grateful that Heather found us and helped us get it taken care of. In less than a week Heather had the claim approved and transferred.
The day of installation the guys arrived right on time at 8am. This crew consisted of Will, Mike, and Juan Jr. All three guys were professional and polite. They were very knowledge and worked great as a team. I would like to thank all 4 of the employees that made this a smooth transaction.

The installers arrived on time, were professional and courteous! Replacing entire HVAC systems is a big undertaking and they were outstanding in removing old equipment, installing new units and providing detailed explanation of its operation.

Will, our technician, gave us a great estimate and had so much knowledge for us which helped to make our decision on an upgraded system. Gavin and his teammate did a wonderful installation, they were on time, and finished quickly and efficiently. He showed me how everything worked and was friendly. Great company overall!

A service call revealed that our HVAC system was over 27 years old, and technician recommended that we have a consultation with a sales representative. We arranged a consultation that was prompt, fully explain with examples of 3 different units, and an installation date that was suitable to everyone was arranged. The installation team arrived on time, were very professional, polite, and courteous, and the salesman stopped by the work site to review the installation and answer any question. I would highly recommend Aire Serv to family and friends. We have been using this service now for several years, and have been very pleased.

When my heating stopped working on the weekend I called multiple companies for help. Aire Serv were the first to respond and sent a technician quickly. Gauge (the assigned technician) was very professional and helpful. The team ordered the part quickly and got me back up and running as fast as possible. Overall I would highly recommend Aire Serv to anyone else.

I was left in a pinch and needed my air conditioning fixed asap. I called at 4pm on a Sunday and Jason was out there by 10:30 and had it up and running by 11. I am beyond grateful and so pleased with Jason’s service Andrea communication and Amanda’s dedication in helping me set the appointment. Aire Serv is truly a great company! (Other companies I called couldn’t offer service until Wednesday, fyi.)

I had a great experience-- Chris rocked! I was contacted by the company that they had earlier availability and he came right away. He was very helpful in explaining everything and got us up and running with a new thermostat as quickly as possible. 10/10 recommend!
