Long time trusted service provider. We use them for oil delivery, furnace service, and a/c service. Office staff very responsive and techs are wonderful, knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend.

Jason and team, Joe, Justin and Danny installed a mini-split AC/heating system.

Rarely have I had to spend so much money (on the house’s account, not Hillside’s—prices are super reasonable!! Haven’t seen them beat, personally) at an enterprise and nonetheless thoroughly enjoyed working with them.

Today, Michael was our tech. Very professional, courteous and friendly. My two neighbors and I book for the same morning and the company accommodated us in a timely manner.

I've used Hillside once for oil tank replacement and most recently for a tune-up.

In both cases, I felt like the service was top-notch, prices were reasonable, techs were personable and the jobs were well done. Not once did I feel like they were trying to sell me something I didn't need.

I try to learn and fix all that I can, but I know my limits. On occasions where I do decide to call the pros in, I pick their brains with a ton of questions and the techs from Hillside were very accommodating and informative.

I'm on their budget plan for my oil delivery,. Thank God because they are reasonable in price and there customer service is excellent, I am a senior citizen and am very Grateful for Hillside Oil Company!!

Hillside completed a ductless heating and a/c system made by Mitsubishi for our home. 18k Btu unit (indoor and outdoor).I rarely write reviews but the work was so good that I want to submit a review in this case! From removal of the p-tak unit that had serviced our downstairs for 20 years, to patching the block work, running the 220 electrical line, installing the indoor and outdoor units, and then training us how to use the remote, the service was professional performed by clearly expert staff. We worked with Jerry to design the replacement, including its location, and he delivered the installation exactly as we had agreed. He met with us on 3 occasions prior to installation to make sure he had covered all of our questions. We took several bids before settling on Hillside. The company bid an excellent price, provided the best warranty package, and planned all trades to complete tasks in just 1.5 days! We can't be happier.

I originally had an issue that was not resolved. I did leave a one-star review; however, within 12 hours, the owner reached out to me, and the problem was resolved. Jim was accommodating, honest, and fixed the problem immediately. I’m delighted to be a customer now. Any business or customer will have a problem at times, but it matters how they are dealt with when you do. Jim indeed backs what he says, and each customer does count. I do highly recommend them, and should you have a problem, reach out to Jim.

My technician, John, was professional and friendly, answered all my questions throughly, and arrived early. My husband and I have always been completely satisfied working with Hillside staff member from the scheduler to the technician. Great company to handle our heating needs.
