He was very courteous and careful. Performed his checking in a timely and careful manner. Had a very nice personality. Assisted with moving stuff away from my heat pump room after I had told him I had surgery. He was a good example for the company.

Mike came by to service the unit after temporarily losing heat. He was extremely thorough in explaining the system, making the proper adjustments and recommendations. I highly recommend Sobieski, in particular Mike, if needing to better understand your furnace/HVAC along with receiving the proper maintenance.

Final Update: Our new sink and faucet are installed!

Ed reached out to fix the issue we were facing for the past 1 year.
He was prompt and keep us updated with the status of the order. It took about 1 week from the time we spoke to get the sink installed.

Jake did a great job with the installation and he was fast. Jake has worked on our house previously and we were happy to know he would be the one coming. He is professional and always cheery.

James was prompt (actually early), professional, personable and knowledgeable. He explained everything he was doing, worked very efficiently and took time to offer recommendations of things we could do to extend the life of our AC unit. He is an asset to the company. James gets a 10. I gave a 9 rating overall because of the high cost charged by Sobieski to maintain the HVAC system.

Shane came and did an excellent job. He was friendly. Knowledgeable and took the time to explain the issues to me. It was a lot to learn and I appreciated it!

Dispatcher Amber and my technician Tom were both wonderful to work with. Amber was very professional and kept me informed of my appointment throughout the day and Tommy was very knowledgeable. Tom took the time to explain everything to me every step of the way. I would highly recommend this company.

Shane was very attentive and while here to drain out water heater. he willingly looked at other potential problems both in our living space and crawl space. Very pleasant as well as efficient.

James was thorough and listened to concerns I had about my hvac system. He explained alot of aspects of my system so I could understand. I would definitely have him over for the next service call.

Khalid A. Was friendly , professional and very thorough and explained everything to my husband and myself. Explained how to clean and change the filter on our humidifier system. Then proceeded to clean the filter encasement. He said many times, “do you understand how to this? “ “Do you have any questions?”He checked our heating filter and checked if we had it facing the correct way with the arrows. We also asked him to explain our thermostat to us. He was so happy to help us. He is a credit to your service.

The tech Jamil was very knowledgeable and friendly my anxiety was through the roof but his calming demeanor put my mind at ease. Y’all responded quickly and resolved my issue in the same day. I’m eternally grateful for everything y’all done to return hot water to my family.
