    Shane Matthews was our service tech. He performed complete removal of 3 toilets for installation of new flooring. He returned the following day to reinstall the toilets (including 2 new ones). Being that the house is 20 yrs old, the need for new shutoff valves and water supply lines became apparent and they were done with no problems. We were made aware that the main shutoff valve under the house also needed replacing. That work was completef too.
    It was a lot of work and it was done in the most professional manner possible. Shane did a great job!!

    Had the pleasure of DON here, and he was extremely effective and very knowledgeable. A terrific technician

    Unfortunately he was only given a part of the clear information that we supplied. Apparently the person who answered the phone didn't listen OR TAKE NOTES. We distinguished the problem was with the trap, not the pump. DON fixed the PCV JOINT for the condensate pump. It was apparently cut a bit too short on the initial install.

    Today Don K came to address an issue with the humidifier. He made a slight adjustment on the water pressure. Don was excellent, extremely pleasant and very helpful.

    Good advice from Steven. Excellent value. Great installion crew led by Kevin who went above and beyond for our installation of our new HVAC SYSTEM AND whole house Humidifier for which he crafted a Custom Ductwork Vent so that the system could be installed in a compact and convenient location. As a retired architectural designer I have seen many installations, and this group is first rate. We are Extremely pleased and have recommended Sobiesky already to my community in Chester Springs PA.

    DJ with Sobieski arrived on time for a service call for my hvac system. He called beforehand to let me know he was on the way which was appreciated because it allowed me to put my dog in his crate. It gets a little hectic when I have the door bell ring and my 90lb dog wants to greet visitors.

    DJ was able to identify the root cause of our hvac issues and made some adjustments and fine tuning with the inducer motor. He didn’t just make the adjustments though, he took the time to show me what he was doing and why. He did a quality check to make sure the changes took.

    I appreciated his willingness to go above and beyond the basic service call because he also saw that my humidifier water pressure could use an adjustment and explained that I was over saturating the filter. It’s refreshing to know there are still folks who care about providing excellent customer service. This is the second time DJ has been out to our home for a service call and both times he’s been professional, prepared, knowledgeable, and he takes pride in educating homeowners.

    I’d recommend him to anyone in need of assistance.

    I want to be fair about my review on this so I will give the pros and cons as I experienced them.

    Pros:

    1. They installed many of the fixtures and plumbing in my new construction home and only one of them had an issue.

    2. They are responsive as it relates to their Google reviews customer service.

    Cons:

    1. They are not 24 hours. They have a messaging service that takes message during off hours.

    2. Their warranty service time window was pretty bad for me. It was upwards of seven days for a sewer smell in the bathroom. (Ended up being a bad wax seal.)

    I can safely give it three stars for average service. It wasn't bad or good but rather just 'meh' overall and I wouldn't likely choose them personally in the future. However, others have had great experiences with them. I'm simply giving you my view of them from my experience.

    I am honestly not sure what to say. You apparently provided a report to our home warranty company but did not provide it to me. I still don't have it after two requests. I shouldn't have to ask. And my warranty company does not expose it through their web site. In my opinion, no matter how your company is employed or paid, I am the customer and should have first priority to having such documents. I shouldn't have to go through AHS to retrieve them. If I say I want them they should be provided immediately.

    For this reason I cannot rate your company more highly at this time. I cannot evaluate much about your work since I still haven't seen anything you have done.

    Our tankless water heater had intermittent issues. Ryan came out to check. It sounds like he found and fixed the problem. He was professional and personable.

    Can’t say enough about how great Nate and Sean were throughout the installation process. On time, efficient, and didn’t stop until the install was done. They were both extremely meticulous, and went the extra mile on multiple occasions to make the entire install absolutely perfect.
