Rick, my service person, was very knowledgeable and ,professional.This is my 2nd time using this company and highly recommend them.

Service technician was friendly, professional and shared everything to explain the problem and resolution also it was eas to get the appointment quickly. The service fee is weird as they charge based on levels, so I had 2 issues and I was charged 2 level 1 rates. I feel that makes the overall cost to be very high. I was also recommended a level 2 on top of the 2 level 1s which I declined. I think the company should think about their rate structure.

We had central air installed. The work was done on time with no mess left behind. Rick is easy to work with and all the staff is very friendly, helpful and professional. We will be using them again for a new furnace. Great work!

Very efficient crew. They were prompt, worked individually and as a team very well. I was impressed by there work and cleanup when installing a new Central Heating/AC system for me.

The technician (Rei) went above and beyond to provide service for our tankless hot water & heat Navien system. It was a pleasure to have met such an awesome young man! Jon, our technician, and Majorie, at the office, have been great. We’ve worked with them since moving to CT a few years ago. They are polite and professional. Our furnace had a piece break just after 1 year Of installation and they fought on our behalf to get the supplier to honor the 1 yr warranty. Highly recommend them!

Excellent Service!! I tried calling 3 companies, but non were available; -On Hour Heating & Air Conditioning- was up and ready. Reinaldo Martinez Gorgas was here in less than an hour; he was well equipped and very knowledgeable in addressing the issue. He found what was causing the problem, then expedited the hard to find part that my furnace needed to work correctly; to my surprise it got here a day sooner. Trevor Steskla was here on time with the part and ready to install it. These guys do not play games, they take their work seriously and arrived on time with high quality equipment and tools. They answered all of my questions, were eager to explain, and even demonstrate exactly what was going on.

Jon was amazing he really listened and made sure he knew the issue so he could do his best to find a solution.
