Great service and affordable! Very professional and extremely thoughtful and considerate of your needs. My heat went out and even though my apt. wasn't till later in the week their office understood my situation and was so kind to fit me in early without an extra fee! Very grateful and satisfied with services rendered.

I called Ross One Hour Heating and AC at 7:15 pm on Saturday because my central air stopped working. I immediately got a dispatcher who told me he could send out a tech the following morning. I told the dispatcher that I had to leave for a family party at 9:15 in the morning, and he assured me the technician would be there at 8 AM. A very professional technician named Trevor showed up at 7:30 AM at my house, because he knew that I was in a time crunch. He also called me before hand to let me know that he was on his way. He was knowledgeable, professional, honest and even gave me some good tips on how to make my central air system last longer. I highly recommend this company not just for an emergency situation, but also for any of your regular HVAC needs!

I had an issue with my current oil company. They had delayed my delivery so long that my tank went empty and it wouldn't restart after filling. They said they couldn't send a technician out for a few days and it's too cold for that. They've lost all my future business,, I looked on Google and chose One Hour Heating because they were the only one's open that early and could come ASAP. Rei was knowledgeable and timely, he explained everything as he was doing the repairs.. He was able to diagnose and fix my problem mere hours after calling for a technician. He also made me aware of future issues that I will be facing. I wasn't expecting the bill to be so high, but that wasn't his fault, he doesn't set the prices. Overall, I am satisfied with the work he did and for his professionalism. Even my dogs liked him, and they're buttheads. Thanks for getting my heat and hot water working again. One happy Mama

This was my second service done by One Hour and I couldn’t be happier. The technician Reinaldo was very polite and knowledgeable, he walked me through and explained every step. They were careful to wear masks the entire time and wore shoe covers to not dirty the carpets. The work done was extensive and took the entire day but the Heat works like it’s a brand new system and I’ve never heard it run so quietly. I would highly recommend One Hour heating and air-conditioning they were out to my home within 12 hours of me calling and they even called to ask if they could come a couple hours early! We used this company in 2019 when we first bought our condo. The representative was very professional and thorough. We had a great experience. This year, Rei came to do a routine check-up and maintenance and was very professional, efficient, and thorough. Price-wise this company offered services at comparable prices to other reputable companies in the area. Additionally, we were given an appointment in a reasonable amount of time. The call rep even called us to offer an earlier appointment because someone cancelled. We greatly appreciated this! We would definitely recommend this company for your AC and HVAC needs.
