From the initial phone call, to the service itself One Hour Heating was one of the most professional, organized, and affordable businesses I have dealt with in a very long time. Rei was phenomenal. I received a text and a call letting me know the tech was coming. They also sent a picture so I knew who to expect. We won’t use anyone else from now on!

I couldn’t be more pleased with the quality of the service I consistently receive from the technicians at One-Hour. They are always on time, very skilled, and great communicators.

This company was supposed to call before they got here and they claim they have the wrong number. He came in and was a little bit contescending. Told me the thermostat would cost $199 plus $99 for him to come to me. This was NOT an emergency call- they came 3 days after my call. I really didn’t have a choice since my furnace was turning off. Then after the whole installation was complete- under 50 minutes, he increased the price by hundred dollars and said there was nothing I could do. He was planning on charging me $300 for an $85.90 thermostat that I could’ve purchased online myself in two days. When I called the office their response was “Well, we’re not the cheapest around but we aren’t the most expensive either.” Great response. They should put that on a business card. Never again.

Contacted them on a referral from my oil company. Their technician, Jon Sirois, was prompt, professional in every way, and very neat. Replacing a very old circulating pump on an old furnace system was not easy. Jon handled it extremely well and went the extra mile to get us back up and running. Compared to a previous company that did a similar replacement, it was night and day.
