Dan came out when I woke up to a gushing hot water heater. He moved with urgency to ensure the power and water were turned off to the unit. During his visit he was able to get us booked for a new water heater.

He and Matt came back the following morning and got right to work. They were no nonsense and swapped out the old with the new. The price was very reasonable and they even hualed away the old one for us.

Installed the wrong product on my hvac unit over 3 months ago. Have been trying to get them to come and install the one I asked for. R&E keeps making appointments to come out and never shows up. This happened 4 times already, I had to file a fraud claim with my credit card company because I don’t know what else to do.
