our furnace had been acting weird, so many issues yet the last one was the heat could not turn off. IT energy(another GREAT company)Mike, referred us to One Hour. Tim and apprentice(I believe) came out and worked long and efficiently to fix, they had to get to another appointment, and Rick Ross the Boss (not the rapper) came through! Heat fixed, also working hard and efficiently! Rick I see why he is the BOSS, incredibly informative and helpful, now Tim also, knowledgeable. Quality is key and Rick and his team are QUALITY in a whole. Honest and upfront!!! HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend & we have found our heating & cooling people! 🤓🙂, OH, and even the receptionist was incredibly nice, and personable, called to ensure me that Rick was coming (by this time it was 430pm).Incredible service all the way around, I am so happy to find a trustworthy company Tim and Rick BOTH fantastic!

Update: Rick, the owner reached out and we spoke. I admire Rick for balancing defending his business and understanding the consumer point of view at the same time. It's not easy to do. We came to an understanding and I've adjusted my rating appropriately.

Rei was fantastic. He showed up on time, figured out our issue and took the time to make sure we knew what the problem was and how to resolve it correctly. I would highly recommend them and their team. I can not say enough good things about Rei.

over all the job was good, they were on time, left the area they were working clean, explain everything they were doing, The heating and air condition system I bought works very good and made a big difference in my bill. Going from total electric to propane. They service my system every year. I would use them again.
