Reinaldo was prompt and professional. He was very kind and explained everything in a way that someone with no HVAC knowledge could understand. I have personally never had a better experience with a repairman in the 13 years that I have lived in Connecticut. I will always use One Hour for any of my heating and cooling issues moving forward.

They were able to come same day and were very thorough. Reinaldo explained everything he was doing and checked everything to make sure nothing was missed. Provided great service and gave good advice and fixed the problem getting our A/C back up and running.

Rick was here to determine why my AC stopped working after it was ‘tuned up’ for the warm season.
He quickly determined that the service person had omitted a key step before leaving. So thankfully it was a quick resolution . And Rick also found some things undone that should have been done and was eager to correct those omissions. I appreciated that he provided useful information and was very pleasant to interact with. He was representing the company in the best way.

Tim Wood was our Service Technician who took time to answer questions in detail, and to explain all aspects of the status of my furnace, repairs needed, and why they are needed. Clearly explained financial aspects for the service needed. My Wife and I are Christians and Veterans of the U.S. Navy. If you are Veteran, believe me, you can trust this company!

We have had multiple services with one hour including new A/C units, new furnace , new hot water heaters, regular service and repair. All the employees are courteous and knowledgable. Rick stands behind his services and has given us fair advice and prices. Highly recommend. They usually show up towards the beginning of your service window and always call with about 30 min warning. Rei is very thorough and helpful and troubleshooting and repair.

This was my second time using One Hour Heating / AC. This time to do a yearly maintenance on my boiler / heating system. They arrived when scheduled and the technician Rei was very professional and knowledgeable. He performed the maintenance and then took me through the system to explain what he found and suggestions for upgrades. Overall very happy with my experience. Definitely will use them again.
