Its a great feeling when you call for emergency furnace service and your issues are resolved within hrs. They also required me to put on a mask in our home for his safety. I wasn't thinking about my mask and the polite request to wear one was appreciated. It showed me a high level of awareness and professional courtesy

FAST!! Responded to my crisis lickety split. I discovered a hole in my compression tank and the flood in the basement, no hot water or heat at 10 pm Friday night. John was AMAZING. He and his boss tracked down parts and his boss brought them to my home and by Saturday at noon the job was done. Perfection. John explained options, potential problems, gave me various estimates based on scenarios. He didn't leave until he knew I had heat restored in every room. Every technician is like John: Professional. Reliable. COVID smart and safe. Wicked easy to schedule. I'm a service contract club member, so service calls are cheaper. The price of service contract went DOWN this year. Also, they now offer a low monthly payment plan option with no additional fee for this option! Gold!! I signed up for that pronto.

I called Ross 1 hour heating when my 32 year old furnace stopped running, the technician Rei came and got me running and was very knowledgeable. Everyone I have interacted with at Ross 1 hour has been very professional and polite it’s been a very pleasant experience (minus the furnace crapping out) I have since scheduled a furnace replacement and the price and professionalism I’ve seen thus far leave me with no doubts. I would absolutely recommend if you haven’t found a hvac company you have faith in yet.

John Sirois did a great job installing a complete heating air-conditioning system and hot water tank. Service was done in a timely manner with courtesy and professionalism. All at a fair price.Excellent in all respects.

I have hired this business to check up on low air flow on upper levels.

The person (Trevor) came to the front door knocked the door and entered without any introductions as soon as I opened the door. It felt I should understand based his dress and he does not need to introduce. He asked where the unit is and he started inspecting it for code, not for the actual issue I hired him for. Later he closed other vents in my house then he reached upper level and said this should do the work, tested the airflow with a dollar bill and said its fine, not sure how he came to the conclusion because he didn’t check the airflow before closing other vents. He discussed about not having the louver door to my unit. As a first time home owner I expected little explanation about the problem, he simply called his team member and said I need to remove my door. He may have done his job but he should have been little considerate.
Although I mentioned I am running late for my meeting, he sat down started typing the report very slowly and insisted on paying right then. When offered money he said he doesn’t carry change and asked if the balance can be held in my account presuming I will continue using their services. Finally I paid him with card and said to myself I should not have hired them.

Excellent company! My furnace stopped working when I got home this Friday. Called them up after hours and a tech was out within an hour. I can’t express enough how great the service was. 4 hours they were here and refused to give up until I had heat again. Walked me through it every step of the way and explained the costs. The price was fair. I also signed up for their yearly maintenance program because I trust a company that will go above and beyond and spend hours fixing my furnace to also perform maintenance on my furnace going forward.

To call and schedule was easy. Rei was so nice and as first time home owners, informative. Not only was he able to repair our problem, he also took the time to show us what we should look for with preventative maintenance. Thanks guys!
