First of all when your AC stops working on a 90° day, and a Saturday it becomes scary. We called a company we had done business with before and they basically said they couldn’t come out til Monday. So I asked a friend who had you do work for her, and she recommended your Company. I spoke with Linda first. She was extremely helpful and open about my choices. Told me everything up front about cost for a weekend service call. Told me someone would call me, and they did very timely to tell me approx when they were on their way. By 4:00 Trevor showed up and shortly after evaluating the situation said “good news”, it can be fixed and he had the part in his truck. Within the hour our AC working. He was so polite and friendly and knowledgeable. I’m so happy I was referred to this company. Oh and lastly I told them who referred me and I received $25 off my bill, and she will receive a check for $25 also. This is a great example of a reliable company with a great service team. One Hour came to my rescue when I moved into my house and I have used them ever since, about 2 years. They always make sure the job is done right and have always provided great service. Jon has almost always been my servicer and he is excellent, very friendly and willing to take the time to make sure you understand.

What a great experience, from the office staff, owner and installers. From my first call to the office, I received great customer service. My experience and communication with the owner was absolutely incredible. This is a company that values their clients. Everything went smoothly. Prior to arriving, Jon called to ensure they wouldn't be blocking any cars on the driveway with their work vehicles. I am so pleased with the installation and how Jon went above and beyond to explain how the system operates. Great service, very attentive , and plenty of communication. I used them to service my elderly parents home. They explained everything to my elderly father and to me as well. Would def use for all my HVAC issues

Great Customer service from the beginning starting with the person taking my call. I was kept well informed as to arrival time and the process during the repair, asking for approval to proceed and acceptance of the charges. Rei, the technician performing the repairs, was very knowledgeable, fast and clean!

The best!! I am one of those people that shops around to make sure I am not being taken advantage of and that we have the correct info. For the first time I did not do that. I trusted what Rick said and recommended and wholeheartedly am happy with my choice. Never have I worked with a company and been so confident in my decision & comfortable with the invoice!
