I highly recommend Tyler Heating and AC thanks to the wonderful experiences we've had with them. Donny in Sales was a pleasure to deal with, and he gave me a very reasonable price for my ductless air conditioning. Vincent, Justin and Chris were punctual, professional and clean during the installation. They were patient with my husband and I whenever we interrupted them with questions. Cinda is a pleasure on the phone whenever I call, and she takes care of my questions and concerns in a prompt and competent manner. I'm so grateful I found them, and I can't recommend them highly enough!

A few weeks ago, I had what I thought was a gas leak off my stovetop. SCG came out and concluded that the appliance may need to be serviced. While they visited, they checked the basement and found two spots where a small percentage of gas was leaking. It was enough that required them to shut off my gas until I had an HVAC company service those leaks.

I called +5 companies and Tyler was the first one to call back and schedule an appointment. The worked required would take 30 minutes max. Instead, the 1st individual that came out tried to tighten the pipes which he felt would address the leaks. After paying the service fee, I was skeptical but figured I would call SCG to come out and validate. To no surprise, the “work” done was useless. At this point, I was extremely disgruntled, to say the least.

I immediately called Tyler back and explained my frustration and details of what had transpired. Jennifer was a very good listener, empathetic and insisted to give them an opportunity to right their wrong. She scheduled another appointment with one of their best technicians and was determined to showcase the level of service Tyler delivers.

I will exclude the technician’s name as I am certain the demand will increase drastically which would not be fair to all others at Tyler. He was exactly the professional I was expecting: Knowledgeable, humble, friendly, patient and a great teacher. He performed the work that was expected, SCG came out thereafter and approved the work.

The next day I reached out to Tyler and as promised, I scheduled a maintenance check as they had go above and beyond to turn things around. Being a new home owner and out of state, I had no alliances and as promised, if the company did a great job and met my expectations, they would gain a loyal customer.

Thank you Tyler for working with us, having an “all hands on deck” attitude to rectifying the first experience I had. The biggest reason I changed my mind was due to the technician that came out. He sets the benchmark, full stop!

I've been using Tyler Heating since owning my home. They did the maintenance on my oil furnace, then when the time came they gave me great pricing options to get a new system to replace what was 13+ years old. Techs are great, install was great. Zero complaints for them, I would easily recommend them to anyone.

They did a great job! Sales rep was great at presenting the options and providing me with finance offerings promptly and thoroughly. Installation guys worked really hard and efficiently. And admin person in the office was great to work with too. Overall a good experience. Excellent business, which I highly recommend. From the moment I contacted them they were responsive, upfront and honest. Robert was professional, explained my options, took care to cover his shoes when entering the house, and provided an estimate, in writing before he left. The estimate was better than the local competitor who took TWO weeks to get back to me with an estimate that was 15% higher on a comparable system. The installers were polite and did the job in one day, and cleaned up pretty well too. The new Carrier/ Payne gas heat and A/C system is working flawlessly so far. I am Very pleased with Tyler and highly recommend them.

Clean efficient and courteous installation by Fred and his crew. They followed up the next day to make sure all working properly. Salesman to the point and no hidden fees. Highly recommend this company. I will definitely use them again for my HVAC needs.

My home's furnace was long overdue for a replacement, and these guys saved the day today when it finally died. Literally within hours of me giving them the go-ahead, I had a brand new furnace, water heater, and an entirely new central air system that wasn't there before at all.

Prices are very competitive, and the level of service and professionalism of their technicians really set them apart.

I hired Tyler for a substantial project converting a three family rental property from oil fueled steam heat to high efficiency/forced air natural gas heat, including ducting and new hot water heaters - and they absolutely crushed it!
