Had a different company scheduled to come clean out our furnace, guy came and said we don't work on oil furnace. Called Tyler Heating and the lady got us an appointment the same day!!! Technican Chris was awesome! I would highly recommend the company. Only downfall was the price for a cleaning was a little steep but the fact that they came the same say when other places are booked out for months was amazing. So thankful.

I gave Tyler a try after being very badly disappointed by my previous HVAC company. I scheduled A/C annual maintenance via telephone and spoke to a very pleasant person. The tech came on time, was professional, and did a thorough job.

Liking the service, I used the online chat to schedule a quote for a new system (basically entered my info and same person I spoke to to schedule maintenance called me within minutes). I wasn't sure if I wanted to just replace by 40+ year old boiler or change to something more modern, like a heat pump. Tom came out and explained all of my options, then provided two written quotes - one for a boiler, and one for a heat pump system. He really knows his stuff and is a straight-shooter. I asked what he'd do if it were his house and got an honest answer. No pressure and no sales pitch. I learned a lot about what heat pumps can and can't do for a house with existing A/C ductwork and baseboard radiant heat.

Love this HVAC company. The greatest customer service I’ve ever seen. Everyone is a delight to work with from the front office to the tech. They’re always on time. I had a small leak one morning and called the office and they got out great tech Jonathan there by 1:00. Very grateful to the Tyler team.

Awesome company! Just had my AC and Heat Pump unit installed today, so far I am VERY happy with Tyler Heating. Everyone from quote to install were very professional and knew exactly what they were doing. I even got a hang written "Thank You" note in the mail which was very nice. I enjoyed supporting the family owned business.

During the quoting process I got an absolute breakdown and pricing of what was being installed. I loved the transparency which was the order winner for me. Tom was awesome and understanding of my busy work schedule.

Install crew was extremely professional and left cables, wires neatly installed. Everything was well done, these guys knew what they were doing. If they did not know something they contacted there "Hub" for guidance versus guessing what to do. Definitely saw some teamwork there.

So far experience has been outstanding, lets see how the unit and service holds up throughout the years and will keep you posted!

After calling multiple companies to get estimates for a replacement gas furnace boiler I selected Tyler Heating. The installers were on time and totally professional in their work methods. They also gave me detailed operation information on the system installed November 14 2020 . I would highly recommend this company for anyone who needs work on their heating systems. The office staff is the most responsive of any company I have used in the past and keeps you totally informed.

Tyler quoted a very reasonable price for an entire replacement installation. They scheduled the work immediately and showed up early. Everything they needed they brought with them. The entire crew were neat, polite, well spoken and knowledge about their job. They were able to complete the project in a single day which, honestly, we had not expected. When they left, you wouldn't know that they had been there. Except for the shiny new equipment and the heat and hot water that had been restored. Nice work!

i have done business with a few other businesses in the same line of work but I found Tyler to
be the most responsive with technicians of the highest caliber who can explain

On March 18, 2022, i contacted this company and spoke with sales person Tom who gave me an updated pricing based on recent inflations and price increase. Im in the process of replacing my central AC which is already 12 years old. Tom emailed me the quote, and stated that i have until april 8 until prices are expected to go up. To ensure that my investement will be handled by the right contractor (i have 6th contractors that quoted), i made a few more querries. On March 22, their sales manager Don replied to my email and explained that there were inconsistency in the initial pricing that was given to me by the sales agent in which a different refrigerant line set was presented. Iam aware of the pricing of line set and the new price was kinda high. Understanding that maybe, miscommunication between them may have happened, I tried to understand the situation. On March 27, I emailed the said salesmanager to finalize the transaction since this company seems to meet my requirements. On March 28, the salemanager emailed me back and said that who ever did not signed up before March 25 will again be affected by another price increase, which by nownis about more than 2k from the initial prices presented some few days ago. This came to me as a RED FLAG since i have several other quotes with the same specs and brand which was way lower that this company's quote, considering all other job descriptions. I gave them 2 stars and not 1 star because at least they responded to my emails though with a lot of inconsistencies. Its always good to have 4-6 quotes from different contractors (of the same review levels) as this gives end-users better perspective.

Called for an appointment on Wednesday, tech arrived the following day to examine my 20+ year old air-conditioning system. Tech went through the systems, some cleaning was done and found everything working ok. PS: this unit was hardly used the first sixteen years.
