We had a wonderful experience with Tyler Heating and Air conditioning! The technician arrived at my elderly mother in law house and was very patient and efficient. He even called before arriving so she would be prepared for him. The appointment was late in the afternoon but he was very thorough, polite and timely. He was kind and patient with my mother in law and she felt at ease and trusted that he was knowledgeable and efficient.He made some useful suggestions and we were able to pre-pay for the one time maintenance visit so there were no hassles on the day. All in all a great experience!!

Great overall experience with Tyler Heating and Air Conditioning on my new AC and furnace installation. Tom the sales representative was great to work with as he took the time to confirm the proper size of AC and furnace units that would be needed based on the size of my home, and he quoted a few different options. On the day of the installation, Bill and Ryan showed up at the expected time, were very professional and courteous, and answered all of the questions I had regarding the new system.

Tyler Air just finished installing a Carrier hybrid heat pump and furnace for heating and cooling in our home. Customer service is exceptional, we switched from oil to propane and Tyler’s knowledge about the products and process was outstanding. I am so glad we made the change and that Tyler was there to help us through the it. Donny was always available when we needed him and he was fantastic dealing with the town inspections etc.
