Tyler Heating, Air Conditioning, Refrigeration LLC

I recently had a ductless AC system installed by Tyler Heating & Cooling, and every aspect of the process was positive. I had two previous consults, but the techs/sales people just tried to talk me into central air, despite the fact that I had spent about a year researching and was absolutely confident in my decision to go with ductless. Donny didn't waste any of my time trying to talk me in to something I didn't want or need; in fact, he reinforced the benefits of ductless, especially for a home like mine (small cape). Everything else was totally seamless - the quote, scheduling, even their coordination with my electrician. The installers (Vincent and Steven) showed up right on time the morning of the install, and they were totally polite, respectful, and obviously very competent. Cinda in the office was also fantastic to work with - super responsive, and helped make the whole process totally seamless. I'm also very happy with the units themselves! Overall, a very positive experience!

Updated 8/30/22 - Had to have my gas water heater replaced. Excellent service from start to finish. Called in the AM and was able to get the new unit installed that afternoon. They always send workers who are courteous and professional. They also do nice, neat installations.
Updated 4/4/22 _ Just had maintenance on my boiler and mini-split units. I always have a positive experience with Tyler and today was no exception. Chris was punctual, professional and courteous.
I had a 4 zone gas boiler and a two unit mini-split AC/heat system installed last year (2018). Everyone was professional and they all did a great job, from the sales rep to all the installers. Today I had both systems serviced. Again, excellent service, professionally done. Keep up the great work!

Great service, Friendly knowledgeable, was a few minutes early! Responsive back office and Jeff was great. Will be using this team from now on. So many companies will only service you if you buy all sorts of other products and service from them at inflated prices. This was great service no contract at a reasonable price.

I have had Tyler now for 3 years...hired them in 2018 for a complete replacement of home heating (conversion to gas) and new central A/C. Tyler did a great job on the installation and after several years of service contracts they continue to deliver outstanding service. The systems work flawlessly and the follow-up and preventive maintenance visits are always well scheduled and professionally done. All their staff is very friendly and it is a great feeling to know they have 24/7 heating service available. I highly recommend Tyler on all levels.

We moved into our home in April and didn't have any records of HVAC maintenance or repairs, so we wanted a heating system tune-up before winter. A Tyler customer service rep was in touch with me within minutes of my contact through the website. Service tech Chris was on-time, efficient, and explained everything that he was doing. He found the problem we were having with uneven heating on our first floor, and gave us a quote to do that and water heater maintenance. Great service you can trust!

We had our central air conditioning system replaced by Tyler and from the beginning through the job itself, they were responsive, easy to work with, and professional. We had contracted with them last year but decided to wait until spring 2021 to have the install. Despite the long time before the job, they contacted us before the start date, including having pulled the town permit. Not having to call to remind them was already a very good sign of how they do business. The day of the installation, they arrived on-time, worked all day, and left the house and outside clean and free of any debris or old parts. Fred and Vincent, the technicians on the job, were terrific. Throughout the day, they were as unobtrusive as they could be and very easy to talk to. They tested the system and answered all our questions.

Donny was our first contact in the beginning but unlike many previous salesmen we have dealt with over the years, he was there the day of the job as well, making sure everything was set. When we discovered a small (very fixable) issue, we called the next day at 8 AM and were told someone would be there between 10 and 12. Donny was at our house at around 8:30 and addressed the problem. He really stands by the company and the service they provide.

A shout out should also go to the front office staff who were always friendly, courteous, and coordinated things well. Indeed, based on the experience we had with the installation, we are now having Tyler service our ductless air conditioner. In short, we can recommend Tyler without reservation.

Very Professional and personal in there approach to our needs. I received many quotes prior to using this company. Many of the quotes where close. So it came down to who was the most responsive. Tyler won out. Every question was answered either on the spot or very soon after. We dealt mostly with Chris their Technician. He is truly the best. We had issues with our Combo Boiler installed by another company. Chris took his time and dug deep to find out the reason for our issues. Truly appreciate him and this Company. So if you are going to spend money on HVAC, SPEND IT WITH A COMPANY THAT TREATS YOU RIGHT. Thanks Chris and Tyler

Had to completely replace my HVAC after the AC wouldn’t turn on in the middle of summer. They were able to send a tech out within two days and have the parts ordered and installed within a week. Extremely responsive and easy to work with. Will use for any HVAC/ventilation issues moving forward. 100% would recommend.

We woke up with no heat today! Oil delivered last week so we knew there was another issue going on. Called Tyler heating and they sent out Johnathan. He arrived when expected and was so thorough and professional. He showed me everything that had gone wrong and needed to be repaired. I was so pleased with the time he took and the to get my heat back and running! Highly recommend Jonathan and Tyler heating. Will be using them in the future for sure!
