Plenty of communication before, during and after installation. Nice job cleaning up after their work. Workmen wete willing to do some small additional work while they were here for no additional charge. Follow up visit to tweak the new system was prompt and thorough. People at the office and in our home were all pleasant and cooperative. They did all the paperwork for rebates and warranty regiatration. Could not be more pleased with the project and followup.

They fixed my central ac system before summer and told me everything was perfect and in running condition. And when summer started I turned the ac on it was not even cooling. I mean I don’t understand what’s really going on, tired of throwing money away

In order to avoid the skyrocketing price of heating oil, I decided to switch to heat pump earlier this year. After a lengthy and exhaustive research, Tyler has by far the most relevant expertise and experience in air-source heat pump. The system is not cheap, but the installation done by Patrick and Fred is very professional. I am a happy customer.

Vince and Don were great during the installation process. Very professional, from start to finish. The customer service folks on the phone were equally service oriented from scheduling, payment and calling to advise arrival time status updates. Great team to work with.

We bought a maintenance plan with Tyler because they installed and maintained the system on the house we bought. We had them come for the annual furnace maintenance on Dec 15th. On Jan 1 we woke up to no heat, so I checked some things and got the error code about pressure and called Tyler. They told me $500 just to come out plus more for the repair. $300 if I'd wait until weekend, and $200 to come Monday. So, I called another company, they came out for $100 next day. Checked the condensate trap/lines and they were completely clogged with propane by product and water, it was flowing out black and the trap is see thru. All the lines were plugged and backed up with water all the way to the pressure switch. The holes were all caked with stuff so much the guy had to clean the holes out. It says right there in the agreement they clean the drain, but the other guy said there was no way they had cleaned it in YEARS let alone 2 weeks ago because that much black stuff and solidified residue on the lines cant accumulate in 2 weeks. Once it was drained and cleaned properly the furnace worked just fine again. This company may do a nice install, but they clearly are abusing their customers and not maintaining stuff properly. They took $195 from me for an annual cleaning which they didn't do right and then tried to charge me $500 when my system failed due to their negligence.

My Central air unit went out on the hottest day of the summer, so I called a bunch of numbers to see who I could get to repair my unit. Tyler's was the cost-effective for the visit and they were willing to come out the following day. They followed up and kept in touch, from the receptionist who answered the phone to the technician. They provided me with and explained my financing options. After the repair, they sent me a hand written card thanking me for my business. I am pretty pleased with the level of service I received.

From our initial estimate to project completion, Tyler Air exceeded my expectations every step of the way. Donny, our Project Manager was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. He made himself available and took the time to walk us through the different equipment options and answer all of our questions. Cinda, our Sales Coordinator was just unbelievable, she was on top of every aspect of our job, making the process seamless for us. Our installation team of Ryan and Chris were extremely skilled, professional, and courteous. They left our basement cleaner than when they arrived! Overall, Tyler Air exceeded my expectations at every step of the process. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade their HVAC system.

We have purchased two Central Air Systems (upstairs and downstairs) from Tyler. In each case their price was highly competitive but more importantly, their service was outstanding. Their technicians are very professional and highly trained. The work was done on time and completed surprisingly quickly and the work site was left immaculate.
This is our first year using the annual Tyler service contract. Chris, the technician who serviced the equipment today, was beyond outstanding.
