We had an outstanding experience with the team at Tyler! Our project was a big and complex one--transfer from oil to natural gas, a new boiler, relocation of baseboard heating elements, ductless AC system throughout the house, and new smart thermostats. Tyler was fantastic from start to finish: Donny was super knowledgeable about all our options and helped us devise exactly the right plan--he answered all my questions (some more than once!) and was very responsive to my messages; Cinda seamlessly coordinated all the elements of the installation (including, in addition to Tyler's employees, various city inspections, electricians, oil tank removal, and more) and easily kept track of all the details; Vincent and Frederick were tremendously focused and hardworking throughout the week-long installation--they were also conscientious, easy going, friendly, and thoughtful. Fred and Patrick were excellent in the installation process and super accomating. They did a pro seamless job and everything is working well. Very happy with the job. The mini splits heat up the rooms nicely. Looking forward to next Summer to try out the AC. Highly recommend.

Tyler Air did a phenomenal job and we could not be more pleased. We had a Mitsubishi Air Handler with central air/heating plus a ductless unit installed. Shane, the sales rep we worked with, spent hours with us initially and crafted an innovative solution to our cooling issues. He was extremely thorough and responsive. Our install team was on time, extremely professional and barely left dust on the floor - so clean! The system is working wonderfully and I highly recommend this company.

We hired Tyler LLC in July 2017 to replace our existing air conditioning system and could not be happier with the service or the product. We had a positive experience with the entire Tyler team at each phase of the work. The Reception/Customer service folks were always friendly, efficient and organized. The owner of Tyler actually came out to prepare the sales quote and walk us through our numerous options. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient with our questions and thorough with his explanations. The technicians were also top notch. The install was done timely and flawlessly. This is a company that prides itself on offering quality products and exceptional workmanship. They are true professionals. We will no doubt be using Tyler LLC going forward and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a true AC professional.

KUDOS to Tyler Air!!! With such a large investment, we decided to bring in a few companies mainly for knowledge due to this being our first time purchasing a heat pump and mini splits. The first call to Tyler, Cinda their Sales Coordinator was extremely friendly and polite. Remember, that first call could either make or break a company and she was delightful to talk to. Our salesman, Tom arrived very punctual, was very professional, extremely knowledgeable and NOT PUSHY at all (no pressure), which we respected. Tom spent as much time as we needed and he was focused on our home requirements and on our needs/wants. We were extremely confident that Tyler Air was our choice and not because of price but we felt that Tom provided us with the best options for our home; THANK YOU Tom!

Cinda scheduled our installation promptly and mailed us all the imperative information including the contact information for our final inspection since Tyler Air had pulled the permit through our Town.

It gets better... Vinnie, Pat, Fred and Don arrived promptly to perform the installation of our Carrier product. These folks too were true professionals, extremely personable and incredibly knowledgeable. There was never any hesitation answering any questions that did arise. Their workmanship is impeccable, treating our home as if it was theirs, neat and detail orientated. Example: Vinnie had tossed a small piece of sheetrock into his van but had missed and it had gone under the van instead. When leaving many hours later, he actually remembered and stopped his vehicle to simply pick it up.

Two weeks after completion, I required some assistance completing a rebate application and Cinda again put me at great ease by completing and mailing the application for me. Talk about customer service!!!

I had a Mitsubishi mini split system installed by Tyler Heating & Air Conditioning Co.
All I can say is how awesome these guys were that did the install. Fair price, very detailed in how they all work together. Could not be happier. Any one looking for a good company this is who you should call. Big thanks to Donny, Pat and Fred.

I am 100% pleased with Tyler and the Mitsubishi mini-split they installed -- the cost of which was 15% less than that of the two competitors I met with. Office communication was prompt and courteous. About six weeks passed between siging the contract and the agreed upon installation date, so I feared the worst with all the wet weather. But they emailed me the day before the install date, said the workers would be at my house at 8, and at 8 they arrived. Both installers were pleasant and professional. They installed four indoor units and an outdoor unit, worked with the electricians the second day, left the yard and house in perfect order, and oriented me to the equipment. And I love the system itself! I could not be happier.

We had an emergency repair need on one of the coldest days at the beginning of February and contacted Tyler. Our Furnace Blower needed repair and a part replaced. We had no heat on a day below 10 degrees and Jennifer from the office, the service dispatcher, made sure to rearrange schedules and get a service technician out to us right away, sparing no time. This type of service is why I highly recommend Tyler Heating and Air for all of your HVAC needs!

From start to finish, my experience with the team was great. Had a multi head ductless a/c installed. Vin was kind, happy to explain items, kept the workspace clean and definitely knows his craft.

Would be quick to hire again for additional services and would request specifically for Vin.

Systems were installed cleanly, work amazingly well and Vin took the time to clearly do the job right and show me how the systems work/function.
