Guys completed the servicing of the furnace, air conditioning unit and fitted a smart thermostat to replace the existing one. Arrived on time and were professional throughout.

Kevin was a great communicator. He shared his diagnostic procedure in a way that was clear and gave us a very good service based on his findings.

Air conditioning stopped working. The tech showed up at 1:00 the same day. A electrical part failed. He had the part in his truck, we we up and running at 2:00. Very Happy.

Omni continues to impress me with their level of knowledge, professionalism and ability to stand by their work.
They installed a state of the art Carrier Infinity heat pump and have ensured proper calibration and operation from a/c season to heating season.

If I could give 6 stars I would. These guys and gals are super professional and attentive. From the owner on down, superb. Our tech, Juan, was knowledgeable, efficient, and experienced. Our a/c condenser fan broke and Juan tried to save me money every step of the way. He was at my house from 5pm to 7pm on a Friday night, poor guy, but he never complained. Dakota in the office is great. I couldn't recommend this outfit any more than this. Great job! Keep up the good work.
