Technician that came today was courteous, friendly and explained everything he did. He also had recommendations for non urgent issues, which were write out on the invoice
He didn’t leave until heat was working as it should. Kudos for coming out in below zero weather.

Omni team arrived as scheduled to the minute! Removed the old 120 gallon water heater and left the work area clean. The replacement hybrid heat pump water heater they installed is working well, supplying abundant hot water for the household. A very easy company to work with: Talented technicians and a friendly front office staff.

Exceptional Customer Service, on-Time service response and post service briefing on the status of our equipment was perfect. Answered all of our many questions. We are very pleased with Omni. This is our second experience with the company and we will continue to use their timely outstanding service.

All of the professionals associated with this installation were great to work with- there was good communication about their arrival time, they were efficient with their work, put down protection on the floors. They were patient with explanations of how the units functioned. Excellent clean-up of the site, considerate about working around us as we were present during the two day installation.

Kevin was on time, great. He explained that the heating element should have been not only zip tied to the pipe but perma tape should have been applied when the new furnace was put in. Great job Kevin. Thanks

We had central air installed. The workers were great they showed up on time, cleaned up after themselves and we're very friendly. I will be recommending Omni mechanical to everybody I can.

The service is awesome. When we’ve had a couple of issues with our gas fireplace and they went above and beyond to make sure we had a fire for Christmas. I highly recommend!
