I was helped through the whole process by this company, and the workmen who came were excellent, most responsive to any questions I had, and very helpful instructing me and how to use the system.

Tom and the front desk staff that I have had the pleasure of working with have been superb. Solid communication, and their techs have always arrived on time, if not early. Tom made the experience of quoting & installing the Carrier mini-split and State heat pump water heater a breeze, and took the time to answer my numerous questions about the equipment, installation process, and applicable rebates. After about a year I needed a tech to stop by for a quick adjustment to an exterior exhaust vent that was out of my reach, and Tom came out himself and took care of it quickly to my satisfaction. If I could leave two 5-star reviews, I would. Highly recommend, and would certainly give them my business in the future.

We have been working with Juan at Omni as our service tech for our furnace. He has been absolutely wonderful! Always on time, efficient in his work, always gives all the details of what he finds and costs up front if any repairs are needed. He is never looking to have you spend more then needed. He responds quickly to calls and texts and is an all around great guy. Highly recommend and we will continue using him and Omni for our HVAC needs.

Tech showed between scheduled time maintenance service on air conditioner & furnace. He was very thorough. Also Senior Tech came and both completed work. Both tech were professional and polite, and explained everything they did. We have been using them for several years now and will continue using them. Excellent company.
