Homestead was the only company that said I did not have to replace the furnace for that reason I give them **** four stars! They were a great company to do business with.

We purchase oil and have no issues. Our boiler went and a tech came out and got hot water to work the night. He was great saying he would get us a quote for the repairs. I get a call 3 days later to schedule my repairs. I told the person on the phone I needed to see an estimate before I would schedule. This was a week ago today. He told me he would send it right over. I never received the quote. I have no hot water and it's been a week now. I am working on getting a quote else where due to the lack of follow through. I had this same experience last summer to replace a central ac unit that broke. I went back and forth with the guy estimating and he never even sent me an estimate to replace I waited and asked him for months. Installation service is the worst. I will not waste my time again to request any service or quotes.

I have an emergency water problem. Homestead was quickly in my yard to fix my well pump. They then were very prompt to set up an appointment for replacing my water tank. The service men were very good to work with! Excellent service.

Homestead did a great job installing my Mitsubishi ductless A/C! Fast and reasonably priced! They were very professional too, baggies on their feet even after I told them they didn't have to. No mess after installation also. Thanks guys.

This Company is the best!! Darroll came to our rescue and installed a complete new well filter, tank, and used the newest technology of pipes, creating a masterpiece of consolidated space, and eliminated the leaking corroded pipes. Extremely professional, talented and great customer service. I will be signing over our furnace maintenance contract, too. They are open 24 hours a day and are local! Homestead has finally given me the peace of mind for all my work regarding plumbing and maintenance.

Called for a estimate for the water system that's outdated in my home they sent a service guy over to look at what system I had and took a water sample then they emailed me a 8,100 $ estimate I asked if this was the cheapest or most expensive system they offered for replacement I never hurd back from them seemed like was high priced I am still getting estimate ........

I don't think it's nessary to fallow up in private due to the fact there is now no TRUST I believe that YOU as a company should have called and gave me opshions instead of giving me the highest estimate that I've gotten so far and when I asked for opshions I did not receive a response

We had an issue with our furnace. It had to be shutdown. It also needed to be replaced immediately due to cold weather. We contacted three different firms. Homestead representative gave us a quote, explain everything in detail and willing to replace it as red alert postponing other jobs as we had no heat. We signed contract as their quote was very reasonable. They very next day installed the new furnace. Their installers were very knowledgable, answer all our questions and very courteous. They explained everything after the new furnace started working. We found Homestead staff very professional, courteous and knowledgable. We highly recommend them for this type of work.

I previously had them come in to service our furnace and now they are my top contact for any home services I might need!
My repair person was super nice and very complimentary! This is a plus for me!

I continue to work with Toni and Mike from Ireland Oil. They are excellent to work with. Toni schedules our appointments and Mike does the service calls. I had routine service and maintenance on both the air conditioning and the oil burner. I continue to receive awesome service even though Toni and Mike now work for Homestead Comfort.
